I totally disagree about Lucius. The fix doesn't make him OP, it just makes him the most viable hero for one phase of one piece of content. Besides that, he's just another strong marksman. OP is being exceptional at nearly everything - like Arrogance, Pope, Ingrid, Elowyn, etc.
