Looks great, what size wheels did the 35s sit on? I lifted mine recently and need to get 35s for it but I got the stock wheels and I’m not sure if I can fit 35s on them I keep getting mixed answers think the stock wheels are like 16x7
What did you do for the steering. I have the same kit but instructions say to remove rack from the pitman arm. I noticed you guys went a different route. How was?
Would you recommend it? I have a 350 so there’s an extra leaf in the back. I’m worried that this won’t give me enough lift to truly level me out but it is definitely the cheapest option besides blocks
I would for sure recommend it. I’m getting ready to install air bags on the rear of the truck in the video now cause it’s just a shade high in the front and when he pulls his gooseneck looks like a squatted truck lol….not really but it needs a little in the bag and he wants the bags anyways.
There was one Cooper thrown in because all the tires came in but 1, I had the Cooper on the shelf and we threw it on till the last came in. They were 315/75-16 toyo at3s
I like the way this looks, but I would also like to not rub without trimming and sit pretty level, which this is fine. Would you recommend the 2.5” level like this one or the 4” zone lift? I’ve got a 2002 F350 dually. Thanks
Nice truck. I’m planning on doing the same on my f350 dually. the rear was basically stock when you added the 35s? Beside the spacers of course. Does the tires run on anything when you tow?
It’s a customers truck, but he has been back for other work on the truck with no complaints of any running. Yes we left the rear stock but I felt like it needed maybe an inch in the rear. Front looked just a touch high. He’s actually about to sell that truck. It’s a clean one. Thanks for watching.
thanks for your video it was super helpful... my V8 went up 3.5", haven't done track bar yet. now I gotta decide on tire size. 17x9 can take a 33 or 35. where was the rub? fender well? front bumper? leaf pack? thanks in advance
I really liked the time-lapse from different angles, nice work
is the rear end stock height? turned out awesome!
Looks killer

@@The4Ryder yea
Looks awesome! How does it ride now? I want to do the same to my F250.
It rides good for a leaf spring front end, doesn’t feel any stiffer than from factory
@@AutomedicGarage Thanks for the reply!

@@tikitorch3117 we undid the track bar, lowered the axle enough to installed the springs then raised the axle back up.
I see. So the steering had enough slack to lower the axle far enough but still stay connected. Did the steering need any adjustment afterwards?
@ yes, you’ll have to adjust your drag link.

Are those 35x12.50r16 tires? And a 2" wheel spacer in the rear? I noticed you had coopers on the inside and toyos on the outside

@@AutomedicGarage thank you just bought an 04 f350 dually and want to run something larger.

2.5 does fine with 35s, only rubs the leafs at full tilt steering and not that bad.
Wow amazing truck!!! What’s the exhaust setup you have on that truck sounds really awesome!!!
Customer has muffler and cat deleted, other than that is all stock exhaust. Thanks for watching.

That looks damn good
It’s one of my favorite customers and trucks to have at the shop. If he ever decided to sell I’d have to get it.
What size spacer did you put in between the rear tires?
I think it was a 1.5” but for sure no more than 2”
What sway bar links did you use?
@@williamaurnerjr.7328 the zone off-road sway bar links
Great video!
Do you remember the exact tire size for the new tires ?
315/75 16. Thanks for watching
How has it held up? Saw this lift and curious about it
He’s a regular customer of mine, he’s seems to have been happy with it. Truck drives great and rides great considering it’s a leaf sprung truck.

did the wheel spacers come from zone offroad as well?
No, I believe the company’s name is coal rollers diesel. Everyone speaks highly of their spacers.

@@invertedmirrorimageimi9480 only on the leaf pack. You can run a bigger tire than a 36 on factory’s.
