6.0 is much better.
Kenneth Beard it is and isnt at the same time, power wise the 6.0l stomps the 7.3l even with blown head gaskets but on that note the 6.0l cant not blow heads without throwing paychecks at it

RyanPlays I beat the piss out of my 6.0 and never had an issue. I only sold it because everyone told me to, this was kind of before people realized you could “bulletproof” them. I’ve actually had the most problems with Cummins BY FAR. Once you have a 6.0, Cummins and duramax it’s hard to go back to a 7.3.
I’m looking for a 350/3500 dually. I will need to haul a tow hauler that will weigh 20,000 lbs fully loaded/5th wheel. I already have a bunch of cars and don’t feel like getting another new truck since I just need it for the toy hauler. What is the best dually for the money? What year? What engine?
My 03 7.3 dually has been in the shop for 12 weeks now... getting over 3 pages of repairs and performance mods installed so I can rock my hydra +120hp chip. Gonna be a brand new rig..

Being a previous 7.3 owner im pretty happy seeing people do this to the ole trucks. I always was hoping someone would of made a respectable 6speed automatic swap for those truck. It'd really help the towing and fuel mileage of 7.3s.

Nice truck!! I've had MY L99 7.3 F350 Dually for over 15 years, its all stock, plenty of power and I've never seen it smoke like an old city transit bus in the 158k miles that are currently on it. IMO Todays Diesels do not need to blow black smoke to do their jobs of towing and hauling.
Ya them old international engines last forever my grandpa had a 7.3 he used to haul boats with across the untied States

Did you have to order the wheels separately or did they come in a set like that? I’ve looked everywhere for them and I cannot find any sets with the regular front wheel
Lift kit? What did you use?? 3" leveling lift kit? Did you have to extend brake lines, longer steering arm? Etc..

If I wanted to do a set of wheels similar but not dually I would need to just remove the spacers? What do I do to the rear to make it work? Wheel set I like is not available in a dually style.

What size tires do you have on it? I like to build mine the same my is also a daily and don't want to hear the tires clacking down the road.
That's nice I'm not really sure how I like the swapping all the body and tailgate panel's. It wasn't some janky thrown together junk. He's right on the dyno numbers too it's hard to get over 450 hp out of a 7.3 with bolt ons but torque is what moves it anyway.

Beautiful truck. I have a 2002 E350 7.3 turbo diesel it has 650,000 km on it still going strong but samething my transmission was rebuilt about 2 years ago. Great engine just everything else around it is rusting out on me Joy's of living in the rust belt.
