Dude, THANK YOU! Only have had my J8 a month and a half and thought I was screwed. This vid saved my day (and life because my wife would have killed me had she not had her morning cup 'o joe lol) Wiped that screen twice between a few rinse cycles and back to new again! You rock man, cant thank you enough.
We like to keep machines running and OUT of the shop!
Thank you! Fixed my 7 weeks old Z10 which started popping up with the system is filling message during brewing.
Tried rinsing, descaling etc. and was almost about to put it back into the box, and send it in for repair.
So happy to come across your video - you rock for sharing what appears to be a Jura secret since it isn’t in the manual. 👍🏻
We are happy to help! As a servicer, we will always have your best interest in mind:) Thank you!
BINGO! New E6 stopped discharging coffee after 30 - 40 cups, tried every thing multiple times, your fix saved this machine from a fate worse than the dumpster ! Thank you Sir.
My goodness! We don't want to throw away Swiss designed Jura coffee machines! They are worth it! When your machine is ready for service (not if but when) please contact us and we'll help!
I will continue to take your excellent advice. Once again, Thanks a Bunch!@@TheBrewGroupTX
This team knows their craft and is by far one of the best run businesses I have ever experienced or worked with. Absolutely amazing!
Thanks Chad! Did this video solve your problem? I saw your request for info on our boards. Let us know if you need help.
Dude!!! Thank you so much! I've been trying to figure this out for weeks now. We still might have another problem, but these steps got us 2 delicious proper drinks for the first time in weeks. Your caveat at the end has me thinking it's not over though, since we have always had a lot of water in the drip tray, and apparently that's not normal. Oh well. Going to enjoy my coffee for now.
I love helping my Jura brethren! You're right about the water in the drawer. There should be something like a teaspoon of water in the drawer after each cup, but no more than that. If it's leaking heavily into the drawer, it's time for service. Fill out a form for a free estimate, including shipping: www.thebrewgrouptx.com/refurb Thanks!
Thank You man...
I thought that smth ( grain or dirt) stuck in pouring section...or somewhere else..
Thanks to Your tip...it works again...and you also enlighten what we should keep clean as well to make it works good.
appreciate it.
Thank the Lord you came along! Hubby and I have been sooo frustrated for a week now trying to figure out why our new Jura Z10 after only 7 weeks of use started only giving us drips of espresso instead of the nice flow it had. We wiped off the screen as you showed in this video. Ours was crazy coated! The beautiful flow of espresso is back! Cannot thank you enough for posting this video! … and I looked in the manual and absolutely no direction of troubleshooting this simple fix. Jura really needs to add this to their instruction troubleshooting section. Thank you thank you thank you!
Hi! It's Ben and I am so glad to hear your story! I do this because I love coffee and I love helping people, and there's nothing I'd rather do than keep you out of my shop! BTW, We've re-branded to The Brew Group. Please stay in touch!
Awesome! That tip fixed up my Jura S8 perfectly! Enjoying a nice hot cup of joe right now! My hero!
Happy to help!
As others have said, what a legend you are ! my machine was just dripping coffee out so slowly, tried cleaning twice, ran the coffee clean program a few times, nothing seemed to fix the issue, followed the Jura guides thinking grinder was set too fine, adjusted and made no difference, a quick feel of the coffee screen inside and it had a load of coffee grinds stuck on the screen, wiped off and like a new machine again, thanks so much for your vid !!
Glad to hear it! I love keeping Jura owners OUT of my shop:)
Thank you so much. You’ve saved my Jura 😉. I was about to send it , tried everything and it helped. You’re the Man.
We love that! Keep us in mind when you do indeed need service. Thanks! Ben aka The Jura Guy www.thebrewgrouptx.com
Unbelievable....In an attempt to repair my E8 machine, I've taken apart my coffee machine, cleaned hoses, cleaned everything except what you talk about in this video. AMAZING!! IT Worked
I do love keeping good folks OUT of my shop! Thank you for watching. I'm glad this helped! Please share with your Jura brethren-everyone needs this video at some point or other. We answer this question daily:)
Amazing advice to save my Impressa S8 (getting on in the years but still amazing). Couldn't fill the system after removing the water tank. Unclogging the brew head worked!! Thanks so much. (I did try years back to 'fix' another Jura system, but, got in so deep it made the dumpster as @fox49 was thinking.) If you have a price for maintenance service, I'd suffer through brew coffee for a bit.
We were getting "System in Filling" error messages on our ENA 8 and this got it working again. Such a simple fix! (Though getting my hand up there wasn't easy!) For others with this issue, we only had our Jura ENA 8 for about 8 months when we had this issue occur.
In addition to adding wiping down this filter each week, we increased the grind size we're using.
Correct! When the machine is clogged, it's because the grind was too fine. Perform the cleaning in this video and set coarser. Most people don't realize on the ENA 8 that the grind adjustment is the chrome ring around the bean hopper. Spin counter-clockwise to go coarser. Thanks!
Just did this and it fixed my machine. Thank You!
Happy to help!
Thank you very much for this video. Incredibly helpful.
I just fix my Jura with your help. Thank you so much!!!!
I am happy to help! You're welcome!
Thank you very much Sir! I don't have that issue, BUT I now know where to go for help. Best wishes!!
Thank you John!
I want to thank you so much! I have a brand new E6 (5 months old) and several days ago it became really hard for the machine to brew espresso. Few drops will only come out of the spout and then machine is filling the system. As u may guess, this video helped me fix the issue.
I'm so glad it helped you! Don't forget to set a bit coarser. Sometimes only a click can be the difference between a clog and great espresso:)
Thank you!!! So many tips on youtube, but only your tip was helpfull. my machine is fixed now :)
Worked AMAZING!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
I'm glad it helped you!
Fixed my machine!!! Thank you so much you’re a legend!!
Happy to help! Please share this video with your Jura friends:)
Ditto to what rob-w said. I tried different fixes but your simple solution was the one that worked. Thank you for posting. As to the cause of the problem, I'm guessing the coarseness of the grind plays a part, and the use of pre-ground coffee in the "powder chute" which might be ground too fine. I think a sign of this problem is the abundance of water in the drip tray. Thanks again!
Hi there! Just popping in to mention that although I will always be the Jura Guy, our company has re-branded to The Brew Group. It's a little hard to explain why this happens, but here goes. When you have the setting too fine for the sort of bean you're using (follow Jura's guidance here) the particles become super ground up (too fine) and get permanently lodged in the screen (they should also stick together in a "puck"). At that point you're stuck until you physically clear it off.
I just wanted to drop a quick comment to say a big THANK YOU for posting this video. I was worried that my brew group on my 6-month-old E8 had gone south and would need repair. A quick watch of your video, a damp cloth, and a few minutes later, and it's brewing like it did when it was new. Really appreciate you posting this video! (Interesting side note: this started happening after using a particular batch of single origin coffee beans. I'm guessing they produced a lot of dust when ground and that is what started this issue.)
Hi Rob! Every coffee grinds up differently. Try to use your coffee within a month or two of roasting and be ready to adjust the grind setting until you see a slow-but-steady pressing out of the coffee. Sounds like you may have set the single origin coffee a little too fine. One click can make a huge difference. Thank you for watching!
Thank you that fixed my Jura giga 10.
This is Ben (also the owner of The Brew Group). Love the Giga 10 and happy to help!
I fixed mine too - thank you!!!
Great!
This got my S8 working again! So easy too. Thanks for the video! I was about to get stressed out ;) I have no idea why Jura doesn't put this in the manual.
Happy to help!
Hey, Mr. Ben
Fixed my ENA8 with your suggestion !
(system filling signs but no coffee problem)
Thanks!!
I'm glad it helped!
I got same reading. Did this and then pretty much all maintenance and cleaning and still got it. Then I decided to run coffee cycle and adjust grinder to a bit finer and now have not had a issue last several runs. Possibly grinding setting was off-kilter 🤷🏻♀️
I'm glad it's working again! I'm not sure what's going on in this case. If your machine acts up again, please hit us up in the form in the description. Thanks!
Do you do total cleaning or refurbishing? I have a 9 YO C65
My s95 won’t dispense coffee or rinse . Hot water works just fine and the steam works as well. It keeps saying fill system and then clean unit but I can’t clean the unit if it doesn’t dispense .Any suggestions ? Thank you !
If this video doesn't work for you, please fill out a form (link in the description) and we'll reply with an estimate to repair your machine.
Hey do you know why my machine would just stop telling me to clean and descale it? I had to go in to manual to the clean setting to clean it. Today I just reset back to factory setting to see if that helps. Any other thoughts?
Hard to say! If there's another cleaning message on the screen it might conceal other cycles. Clear the first message and it might reveal others that are overdue.
There has been no other cleaning displayed at all. So i just reset to factory and see if it might work.

Wondering if you could possible steer me in the right direction. I have the same model, Jura 8. I went to clean my machine and never saw any water coming out, tank remained completely full. Then the screen says filling system and just stays that way. Hit the next button and nothing. Tried turning off, but filling system just shows up on the screen. Any suggestions?
I have noticed water on the counter when I move the machine.
Hi There! Thanks for watching. Perform the micro screen cleaning I demonstrate in the video, remove the filter and give it another try. I'm willing to bet that gets you back up and running. (re-insert the filter afterwards of course).
On a Jura X8 I still had the same problem after cleaning the screen. Finally I solved it by cleaning the flow sensor, located under the watertank, and also its connector that was dirty by Coffee powder.
Hi Gretchen! If your machine is leaking on the counter, you need service. Please reach out to us at www.thebrewgrouptx.com/refurb and we'll give you a free estimate for repair.
@@lvh45 Good point. Clogs can happen anywhere in the system, so if the video above doesn't resolve your issue, check the screen under the tank! When in doubt, seek service from a trusted professional. We definitely don't recommend customer opening their machines... We've repaired too many machines that were handed to us in boxes, completely disassembled-the owners gave up. Please don't do this.
Hi
Suddenly my Jura E8 blows steam out the water dispenser / bypass water when making a Lungo coffee ?
It pours hot water but blow steam out a specially at the end?
Hi there. We would need a little more information to help. A video of the problem would help us understand what's going on. Please go to www.thebrewgrouptx.com/refurb and fill out the form and upload a video for a free estimate for repair. If we're able to provide troubleshooting to resolve the issue, we do that right there:). Thank you! Ben
Thankyou I have send it

What do you do if you get the error msg fill powder
That is a clear indication it's time for service. When grinder burrs become dull and the grinder itself becomes clogged with oily coffee residue, it's time for service from a professional. I recommend replacement of the dull burrs, thorough cleaning, and re-tuning of the coffee extraction. This is a pretty tough task for a DIY'er. We know because we're constantly servicing customer machines that have been disassembled and the owner gave up on it! Don't do that! Let us handle it.
Error 22 ???? Original water Filter not recognised. Machine 1 year old.
Hello there! Are you using an original Jura filter? If so, try replacing with another OEM Jura filter. If that fails, please contact us for a repair as we'll need to make an internal repair. We know how to correct this issue: www.thebrewgrouptx.com/refurb. Ask for "fix what's wrong". Thank you! Ben
