Thank you for this video! We took our Jura apart and this is exactly where our machine was leaking. We have replaced the part and hope that it is now leak free. So far so good! We love our Jura and weren’t excited about replacing it with a new one running well over $1,000. Your knowledge saved us a lot of money and we are happily drinking our freshly made coffee again :)
Hi, great video. I took my machine apart and it was leaking from the other side of the part - where the water line goes in. Upon closer inspection, the retaining clip that holds the water line in the o-ring was not properly attached - probably came like that from the factory. Over time the water line must have worked itself loose and started to leak. Anyway, long story short, I didnt need to buy the part - just reseated the water line and attached the clip properly - and my machine is working perfectly! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
How did you reseat it "properly"? I can't tell if I'm fully missing my o-ring or if I'm not placing the clip properly. I did use an air compressor to clean out that part so it's possible the ring flew out.

Thank you for your videos! Sooo, my Jura ENA 8 is "spitting" whenever I make coffee or hot water. It sputters and I have opened up the side and cleaned out the excess coffee grounds plus used the Jura cleaning capsules to try and make this go away. Awy help on how to fix this problem is greatly appreciated!!! It's driving me crazy!

Can you possibly tell me how you ordered this part? Does it have to be a Jura authentic part that comes from their company? Or is this a standard regulator that can be found easily? I would imagine Jura machines are designed to only use their authentic parts? Does the company sell those items to the General Public?
@katiemadden2667 hello Katie, where are you located ? I ordered this part from Germany and It got lost in transit , I reordered another which I fitted and worked great, a few weeks later the original part turned up so I have a spare

Unfortunately our F9 lea squirts hot water out of a part connected to part 604 that is unlabeled in the Jura online diagram page 12. We were prepared with a new part as shown in this video but that part is functioning properly despite over 15 years years and 4000 espressos! Need help!
Thank you! My parents are giving me their Ena Micro 1 because it has (most likely) this problem. They said if I can fix it I can have it :) best tasting coffee ever. I make it every time I see them.
@@kauaireed9006 the issue was it would leak water out of the machine on startup rinse and turn off rinse. I took it apart and cleaned it up, inspected hoses ext, and with my luck all I had to do was descale enough times. Had to be a clog somewhere
Thank you for this video, my jura machine started to leak very seldom at the back right corner quite a while ago, but has only recently started leaking now with every use. So I'm curious about the location of this common problem, can this regulator sometimes be located toward the back right side, or is it typically always at the front right side? Perhaps where the water leaks out has no direct relationship to the location of the problem? Are these required to have an authentic Jura regulator only, ordered from the company? Thx so much, i truly hope to hear back from you.
