Hi Bella, yes you can wear ankle weights as long as it doesn’t affect the form and cause uncomfortable feeling/ pain. I would suggest 0.5-1 lbs each, depends on the workout length and your body weight. Lots of the time if it’s too heavy, it’s more difficult to keep engage all the muscles needed.
