Het Scheepvaartmuseum

In this video I'm going to show you what it looks like inside Het Scheepvaartmuseum, also known as the National Maritime Museum Amsterdam. I'll be focusing on things to see in the north wing, as well as ticket prices, lockers and tips to make the most out of your visit. Referenced in this video is the ‘Humans at Sea’ exhibition which is on until the 28th May 2023, whilst the ‘Republic at Sea’ exhibition is part of a more permanent collection.
If you're looking for things to do in Amsterdam over the course of a few hours or even a day - then Het Scheepvaartmuseum is a good option as it is one of the larger museums in Amsterdam. Thank you so much for watching.

Hello there! My name is Daniella Perera and I’m an artist and vlogger based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I grew up in Hong Kong and the UK, and I’m of mixed heritage including Chinese, Sri-Lankan, Dutch and Portuguese.
