Just finished doing the workout. I’m loving this great full body standing workout! The timing,pace and description were perfect! Please provide us more of these standing full body low impact workout! I could feel all the muscle groups working without the intense jumping. ❤❤
Why don't you guys tell us what do you eat to loose weight anybody can do workouts but don't see any results so what is your diet to help you get six packs and loose weight?

please from now on only do 30 minutes workouts , better than 50 minutes
