3.8/100km ? in the city ...at 50kmh ? .my UX 250h, need 5.2l/100km in summer , highway (130 km/h ) included

city and urban driving :) average speed roughly 50km/h. Temperature +15 degrees. By "rolling" to each intersection, this is the best way to collect power.. as well as moderate acceleration in the eco area.. then good tires.. So many things affect consumption...
average consumption in Finland 5.5l/100km for the whole year.
