Hey Owen did you rent the bonanza in Italy. Is flying in Italy very different? I noticed you have this guy in the right seat making all the radio calls.

Hi Diego what would it cost me to go for a flight in that bonanza over Rome, Latina area and maybe Frosinone area. I’m a Private pilot in the US coming to Italy for 3 week vacation and would like to fly in Italy but I understand it’s complicated. Would it be possible?
I forgot to ask. Why is the aircraft registered to the US and not Italy?

Hello. That is not about "taxex and such..."@@blackrifle6736. this is an ex-KLM trainer so it is imported since new in 1991 by Nethernald Royal Airline flight school, I moved from PH-reg to N-reg years ago. The reason that a lot of european aircraft owners have N-reg airplane is that is the only way to have an efficient, flexible and rational usage of the airplane, without all the EASA bureaucracy that keeps airplanes grounded for months/years for questionable reasons. I'm the owner of the airplane, and I'm a full tax payer (and Italy takes more than 50% of your gross income...). Hope this explanation remove all your "hangar talk" thoughts. p.s.. It was an amazing experience!
Owen, hello, I can do the ferry of the Bonanza, I have plenty experiencia flying usa and México, have full faa, and mexican Commercial as well, y fly in and out of usa an México weekly, I can help you out, let me know
