That went good. Looks nice setting there. Little weather vain on top wood look cool. Just my thoughts. We are still having cold weather. All the storms stayed south of us. Was -11 last night and got up to 17 above. Already -5 but suppose to start warming little by little. Thanks for sharing, Iowa is watching 🙂
Thanks. Funny you should say that about a weather vain on top, Austin was suggesting something along those lines earlier today.....might be in our future....we'll see. 🤔 My goodness, when is the below zero stuff gonna be done...haha. We're lucky tonight, suposed to be double digits in the positive, maybe 14 or so... catch ya on the next one! 👍🥶
Well, depending on the situation of the move. I would definitely build it on skids right off the bat. I put my skids under it after I built it. Would have been much easier to attach skids from beginning. As far as the chicken coop goes, I've seen alot of people build those "chicken tractors". Have you seen those? They have wheels attached for portability.
I am tearing down an old construction building that was built on a heavy steel skid. Any ideas what I can do with the skid? Sell as scrap, or sell the skid, but to whom? Who needs big heavy steel skids? Thanks for any input.
Finally! Wanted to get this done before the snow melts. Glad to have it moved for sure! 👍

@@dusttodusthomestead Thank you Austin
I’m going to be building my green house, chicken coop, and bathhouse with portability in mind… any advice?

@@dusttodusthomestead Skids from the start is definitely what I was thinking, and good call! I forgot about those!
