I was impressed with the guy that delivered mine. our driveway is a mess after the rain we've had and he was able to keep it controlled and even when he pulled it down the hill into our backyard was flawless.
Glad they fixed it for you looks like they had some rough terrain to go over, they delivered my shed today use that same mule worked really well and the guy running it was very experienced
There was a hole where i removed the fence for them to get in. I showed it to them and they said no problem. Guy that repaired it said they keep him busy tearing them up.
I've delivered in some pretty soft yards, even sand; sometimes things just happen. All the companies I know would fix the building without question. However, fixing the yard!?! If you held out payment for them to fix your yard, you are not a customer with whom I would like to do business.
All that room should have just back the barn in there with the hauler. Sometimes haulers rely too much on a mule. They are responsible for fixing barn but not the yard. Customer must assume some responsibility for having a 6k lbs barn delivered instead of built on site, your gonna have a few ruts, not the haulers problem.
Considering mules only have 5k pound capacity of lift, doubt this shed was 6k, but still Flotation tires are only so food through yards with such ruts, the company that manufactures the mules is no offering a tracked version with 10k upgrade
That heavy shed on a trailer would have left bad tracks in the yard plus he couldn't have got it to where he needed to go, all he needed to do was avoid hitting that hole..
Lol I have to agree about the yard being uneven, uneven not shitty. I don't think land should be called bad names, it's all we have. I also want to comment on the mule operators judgement. I think a walk-through should have been done. If I saw that I would have refused delivery or made someone sign a disclaimer if I felt it would cause damage that Imay have to fix, which is not what I'm here for. I'm glad it got fixed tho!!!
Did they fix it? There has to be some kind of disclaimer when delivering these buildings. No one can predict what the ground will be like. Never know where an old septic tank is.
He seemed to drop that thing really quick and move it quick and reckless at the beginning. Otherwise that is such a fucking beautiful shed and you are lucky!! Were you overall satifisied with their service? and was their fix like it never happened or was it a cob job and you noticeable afterword?? congrats.
Common sense Hauler responsable for the building ONLY. Not the yard! That’s just a homeowner without common sense. Common sense ain’t so common these days.
Read the description. they dropped the wheel in the hole from pulling the fence post so it would fit. Showed them the hole and even let them know they were heading right for it. Buy the way i didnt ask or expect them to fix my yard. Common sense would have told you to read before commenting.
That is an important detail, and now I understand that you must have been frustrated . And thanks to your video, we can know that fence post holes matter and we will ignore the dunce who says otherwise. I want to move a shed soon. Thank you for the video. I will be checking the goat grave and my snake pit.
After the wheel sunk, it was clear that ground had a big soft mulchy spot in the yard. I could see them fixing the shed, fixing the lawn that was already crap is a joke and makes you a not so nice, entitled person. Karma may find you.
WoW... those guys really suck at moving sheds. the owner should have sued them for ruining the shed and the yard...fuck'n cowboy it in there...thata boy!

Its just a job too them, not a passion.
That's definitely going to need some repair. This driver seems to be gaining experience. Should have checked for holes before hand and filled them.

Awesome
Can't wait to see what you create in there
Thanks for your time
Roger
Thanks man, once i get it wired and the inside finished i will be back at it. Cant wait.

Been 5yrs where's the update on you're she shed?

considering the cost of the shed plus the delivery charge I would be a tad upset with that damage
Hope they fixed it!
That yard is all kinds of fucked up.
They ofc would fix the shed. Glad it worked out
You're lucky they did fix that shed as those ruts in your yard are not their problem.
They had no choice but to fix it. They wouldn't of got paid. and they fixed the yard also.
You have a shitty back yard , the operator is not responsible for it .
They where responsible and fixed it all. Thanks for your concern.

I'm on your side, if operator thought yard was a problem he shouldn't attempted it.
I hope you had them put it right back on that trailer and send it back!
what size, brand andwhere did you buy the shed from and how much, sorry for so many ??'s but i want this EXACT one.
Model has been DISCONTINUED sir. Shit out of luck.
I wouldn't go as far as saying its destroyed lol. That is a 30 min fix at most. Take longer to go get the pieces than it would to fix
Did they fix it? There has to be some kind of disclaimer when delivering these buildings. No one can predict what the ground will be like. Never know where an old septic tank is.
Yep apologized and fix it. I told them that I pulled a fence post for them to get in and pointed out the hole before they started.
You should of levelled your lawn before having a shed delivery
A couple 4x8 sheets of 3/4 plywood goes a long way
5:08 when you're not loving the cameraman.
The shed looks biggy then the house... I wonder if they took the house w/ them on the way out?
you should have told the mover about the hole/soft spot or septic that was on you
Read it helps. I told him and pointed it out. He said it will be fine. So it was on him.
@@MrPiper199 I stand corrected
wow I hope they made good on that JUST WOW what a nightmare

Nope they spent 8hrs completely redoing it. Very happy.
easy fix
2:19 Good thing he was wearing a belt. LOL.
operator error hurt your shed not the mule, the operator should have walked the path he intended to take to look for such hazards
HAhahahaha.... Mule guys.... Looks like an Old Hickory or Graceland shed?
Well that sucks
nice shop hope they cut you discount or come back and fix it up looks like a nice place good luck with shop peace
Yes the builder is coming out to make it right.
rite on
If there was a center 4x4, it wouldn't have ripped that wall apart
A nice shed.
You're lucky,
Common sense

But i had to replace the fence when they were done.😏
Don't you know your yard? Even I would have known about ruts or holes or rotted tree stumps, or dog graves.
Fence post was removed for delivery. Showed them the hole they knew it was there and said it would be fine. Yes i know my yard. lol

back wheels weren't lined up ? Drunk or what...fail
if they were not lined up the first time and offset like they did to get out of the rut then the snafu would not have occured
