I was like you at first, but after I decided not to care about anyone, i said that i have a gool and i want to achieve it, so i started practicing sports at least 10 minutes a day ( if i don't have time), and eat 3 meals a day, sometimes just 2, and drink water... Now less than two months i started getting the results that I want, and i will continue...
So yeah do the same and don't care about them, they will be a motivation for you...🥰

Lately i’ve gotten back into fitness and treating my body better. The first three times i’ve done this exercise i had to quit early, either because i’ve gotten sick or because i literally couldn’t continue on. But since then i’ve been not only getting out and walking more, but also improving my diet.
Today i got through the whole thing without extra breaks and i’m very proud of myself.

I rarely comment on videos, especially ones I don’t want other people knowing I’ve watched but I wanted to comment on this one. If you’re wondering why... it’s because my heart goes out to every girl & guy watching this with the intention of losing weight or getting into shape. Either you want to get fit for health reasons, or you want to get fit so you meet today’s standards - so you feel ‘pretty enough’. While I applaud anyone trying to get into shape, my heart goes out to the ones who don’t feel like they are enough because of what the scale says, those who feel they have to be skinny to be seen or considered. I feel that way too, I have ever since I first heard the word ‘fat’. Our bodies are only keeping us alive, they don’t define who we are and what we have gone through. You don’t have to lose weight or be skinny to feel like you’re enough, you’ve always been enough. While getting into shape is healthier, don’t feel like you have to lose weight just because society says so. Society can’t be trusted, I mean come on, some of society argues the world is flat. People love you, they love all of you. If you have a friend, a real friend, I doubt they are going around saying “oh, y/n only makes me happy because they have abs.” Or “Oh, I’m only friends with y/n because they have the flattest stomach.” No. A real friend, and your family, wouldn’t say anything close to that. Neither would a significant other. They will love every single part of you. So, if you do, please stop putting yourself down, stop belittling yourself. Rather congratulate yourself for getting to where you are now. Don’t look at the scale and say “oh god, I’m so overweight” rather try “I’m proud of myself for coming this far.” And if you are working out, “I’m proud of myself for putting in the effort.” While I say this, all these positive encouragements, I’m still guilty of hating my body most of the time but I have to try and remind myself that my weight isn’t something I can change in two minutes, why beat myself up about it? Rather I should be inspiring myself to work on it. I know it sounds stupid, cliche even. YOU HAVE TO LOVE YOURSELF FIRST. I don’t love myself most of the time, sometimes I hate myself but you have to remind yourself. I have eyesight, I have hearing, I have taste, despite what society says I’m healthy. That might not help, that might not make you fall in love with yourself but it is a start. You have to start somewhere. I started this exercise today, for the past three days I’ve been alternating between exercises but I’m sticking with this one now. Although I shake at the end of it and look like a sweaty tomato, I’m going to do it tomorrow and the day after and then the one after that because I want to be happy in my body. I’m only 16, far too young to be worrying about my appearance this much but that is what society has forced upon us. I’m only 16 and three months ago, I weighed somewhere between 85 and 90 kg. Today I weigh 75 kg and I’m not giving up. I got to this point after a lot of crying, a lot of hating myself and a hell of a lot of depression - which I still struggle with all the time. I went through an ED because of the want to be skinny, I went through malnutrition which almost put me in hospital. This is all because I wanted to be skinny, to be good enough for everybody else, because I didn’t love myself and although I still don’t fully love me, I’m trying. I need you to try to, not the whole exercise and weight loss thing - leave that till after. Love yourself first. I love you, no matter if you are across the world or down my street. I love you. You were put on this earth for a reason, your weight doesn’t change that. I know it’s hard, but love yourself. Not only for me and for your friends & family, but for you, mostly for you. Thank you for this. i actually shed a few tears while reading this because it's so reletable. I'm tired of family members saying "your getting fat" because they dont realise how much it hurts. i cried a few times because of this happening.. i've realised i have to do this for myself. I don't care what anyone else thinks at this point, it's my body and nobody can tell me how to use it. But hey I am doing this because i want to, not because i have to since im healthy. They say success is the best revenge, so guess this will be my revenge.

Day 1✅: I had so much problems lol!! I didn’t know how to do like 5 exercises!! It burned later that nigth, it hurt so bad!!, I Was proud of myself because I did the whole thing without stopping!
Day2✅: omg I couldn’t even wake up my body was on fire dude!! But I told myself I would never get the body I want if I just keep laying down so I woke up!!! Anyways ugh my body could never it burned so bad!! The video went by so fast!! I love it!!
Day 3❌✅: my body was so tired I didn’t wanna wake up! I will do the work out tonight because I’m busy but my body is literally sore I really don’t know why I’ve been working out this whole year everyday every morning!
Day 4❓: ok so I actually stopped doing this but instead I did some of these workouts for like warm ups and I started jogging to be honest I do see this working I actually feel like a lost weight my body just got smaller and I’m so happy about that!!
Day 5❓: as I said I started jogging! I will start this again hopefully soon because I won’t be home Monday or Tuesday. I feel like me waking up early and doing this workout actually helped me a lot! Even tho I only did this like 3 days! I started having more energy and like i dont know I love how this helped me!
Day 6❓: will do this tonight since I won’t be jogging today! I am so exited this video became easier and easier in only 2 days!!! I’m so excited to do this tonight!

I’m genuinely going to attempt to do this for a full 14 days and update when possible. I watched the entire workout through completely first to just see what each workout looked like and figure out whether it’d make too much noise or not (because I have squeaky floorboards and I’m doing this in my bedroom so I don’t want to make loud thudding noises, that my entire family can hear, every two seconds lol)
My personal motivation to do this is strong right now but errrm will see how it goes. I tend to have high motivation in the mornings compared to the evenings and nights.
Start date: (12:20pm, Monday 16th May 2022)
End date: Monday 30th May 2022)
Day 1: I am literally dripping with sweat after doing this so about to go and take a shower. The workout felt great and I surprisingly managed to do the whole thing but I did slow it down to my own pace at times but I didn’t stop. I’m looking forward to keeping this up. Let’s pray I have the same motivation for the next 13 days (and after) In terms of dieting I haven’t created any type of plan. I am considering a calorie deficit to help me achieve my results but I’ll take it one step at a time for now. I’ll probably research it more and try to create a plan by the time I finish the 14 days.
Day 2: Complete! I feel like I was sweating a bit more yesterday. Still feels good. I really have to push myself to keep going. I still do some of the exercises at my own pace because it helps me keep steady. I really think doing this for 14 days will make a difference.
I started researching what a calorie deficit would look like. I wrote down all my personal favourite foods/snacks/drinks and found out how many calories was in each of them. I did this just so I could understand how many extra calories I might be putting into my body on a regular basis. Now that I know the amount of extra calories, I can slowly reduce how often I am consuming things with lots of calories but still ensure I am eating the right amount more often. This way I can still enjoy eating and drinking things I like but I’ll being eating them in different portions on different days/events.
Day 3: DONE! I am sweating more today than yesterday. I kept up better today and only paused for an extra 10 second break during the last exercise. I was honestly considering not working out today when I woke up but I told myself that if I don’t do it now, I’m less likely to continue. So I laid on my bed for a few extra minutes before actually getting up.
I do feel healthier and less out of breath if I’m honest. I don’t think I was controlling my breathing properly before so I had to watch some videos on youtube to see how to breathe through each workout. Knowing when to inhale and exhale is SO important. The way I understand it is to exhale when your muscles contract, then inhale when relaxed (before you contract again)
Day 4: Complete! This felt wayyyy more easier today. I’m not sweating as much and I completed each workout at the same pace. Once again I took an extra 10 second break before the last workout but that was it.
Day 5: Complete! I haven’t been weighing myself constantly- I just don’t really want to, but I did weigh myself on the first day before I started, and I was 96kg. That number tends to change as the day progresses obviously to around 96.5-98kg.
However I weighed myself yesterday in the evening and I was 95.3 kg so my weight didn’t increase as it usually would, so some progress.
I don’t weigh myself everyday because I don’t want to obsess over my weight as I have done that before and it ruined my self perception. I am 5’9-5’10 so my weight is distributed throughout my body differently compared to someone who might be shorter.
Like I said, I don’t want to obsess over the number on the scale so I will probably only weigh myself again halfway through next week and on the 14th day.
Day 6: All done! I didnt work out yesterday (saturday) - I guess it was a lazy day. The work out felt slightly harder but still not impossible. I completed it with one extra 10 second break, as usual. Now I’ve got one more day and I would have done this for a whole week!
Day 7: First week finished!! I’m proud of myself for sticking to this and not giving up. I felt more energised doing this workout today too.
Day 8: Complete! Struggled a little today and took like 3 extra 10 second breaks, but I did it!
Day 9: Done! I challenged myself by adding some weights to some of the exercises- I felt more motivated to do so today.
Day 10:I did this today, once again adding weights and I felt amazing! Im so determined to complete this week.
Day 11: Complete!
Day 12: Finally did this again after 3 days. I struggled 😭 Stopped halfway through two if the exercises.
Day 13: Done!
Day 14: Finished! Wow I’m proud that I actually stuck to this. It really felt great and made me feel more energised in the mornings. Ending weight was 92kg. So a slight change. I think this has shown me how reaching my desired body is achievable but I 100% need to focus on what I am putting into my body because I am certain that is what has been slowing down my results.❤️

I’ve been doing her workouts everyday for the past 2 months or so and I finally can see my 11 line abs and it’s just so crazy. I never exercised before in my life besides highschool so this was so hard for me at first. I started off with her easy ones first and then built up my body strength from it. From only being able to do 2 videos , to doing 6 videos daily! I feel so proud of myself! You guys you can do it too!

This workout was just a blessing in disguise for me I did it for two weeks and I lost 4kgs and I lost inches around my waist my legs and my back looks leaner. So after completing this and multiple other workouts, I noticed a difference by day 5. I had more energy and felt like doing things rather than just staying in bed. As for my weight, I never measured my waist inches, but I was 170 or so and I'm about to go weigh myself again now.
i am now 164, so I lost 6 pounds and I'm able to fit into older outfits. I'll keep updating this post for the rest of my days.

i’ve been having a horrible depressive episode the past few weeks and today i finally decided to move my body, and i can’t tell you how good it felt to do this workout! my mood is so much better, and it just felt good to move in a way i know benefits my body (and yeah my body HURTS in the best way)!

day 1: i tried everything. and i knew it would be hard. my legs were really sore. and this is my first time doing a body work out in a long time. and it really helped me when the lady was telling me that i was gonna be ok and i could do it. it gave me motivation to keep going and to not stop. my legs afterwards were sore but stopped hurting after a while.
day 2: tried everything again and my legs were even more sore from yesterday. don’t see a difference in my legs nor my belly. been having a healthy diet since the 2nd august. can’t wait to see the difference in 14 days.
3 days: can say my legs were still sore but i know why. the first activitiy which was squats was hard at the beginning but then i started learning how to do it with sweating and just making it more easier for myself. i did the workout. sweating and whatsover but it’s good for me. whoever wants to do this workout then do it.
day 4: completed stopped doing it because i have no faith in me no more since i realized i’m not losing any weight lmfoaoao

Hey! Don't give up! No matter what. I was just like this. I gained 10kg within a short period of time and i tried so many workouts and diets,nothing worked on me. I didn't lose any weight,even if i did i gained it back immediately. So i gave up on myself. I stopped diets and workouts. And gained another 11kg. In total i gained 21kg. When i reached that state i couldn't do anything, i didn't even feel like going out. So i started diets and workouts again. Which worked on my body,i started changing diet and workout until i found whay fits me. And finally lost 8kg. I have more 12kg to lose. Idk when I'll be able to lose. But i will keep on going!

Day 1✅ I gave up a couple of times, but got straight back to the workout. I can already feel the burn!! My goal is to lose 25 ibs.
Day 2 ✅ I had less breaks than day 1 and I already feel like a new person! Working out has A LOT of benefits. I feel greatttt can’t wait to see some changes in my look and weight!! I’ll come back for day 3 and update you guys! (I’m doing this workout plus 50 jumping jacks a day)
Day 3✅ I only had 2 breaks today which is progress!! Remember working out is a mental game. If you say you can do it, you can do it and you will succeed.
Day 4 ✅ Almost forgot to do it and now it’s 12 am but I got out of bed and did it!! I’m way more energized and can feel the burn. I’m going to go buy a scale soon to see how much weight I lost on day 14.
Day 5 ❌ It’s 12 am and I forgot to do it. I’m sick so I don’t want to overwork myself. I won’t be doing it this late since I have school tomorrow. (I’ll think of today as a cheat day since I didn’t really eat healthy). I will be back when I do the excise! I will be doing 50 jumping jacks though.
Day 6 ❌ I’m still very sick and can barely get out of bed after doing my school work :((. I will be making up these days after it hits the 14 day mark then I will start over because I’m doing this for a month.

Day 1✅ - managed to do all the exercises with a 10 minute break somewhere at min. 4. Pushed myself to do them all after that and my heart was pumping hard
Day 2 ✅- My legs still hurt from yesterday exercises. I had to take a break again because my legs were killing me. This time I took at at min. 8 and only for 5 minutes.
Day 3 ✅ - At the beginning my legs were hurting really really bad but as I pushed I was able to do more exercises with less struggle. Took a 3 minute break at min. 9 and after that all was easy peasy. Starting to see some results around the belly.
Day 4 ✅ - Today I felt a little bit sick due to some medical issues but I managed to push throughout min. 7 and replaced the rest with some walking.
Day 5 ✅ - Still feeling sick from yestarday but I did the whole exercises with no break! Woohoo. I didn't go on a scale yet, but I see some results. My legs aren't touching each other anymore when I walk! :)
Day 6 ✅ - Done them all, no break. Sweaty and heart pumping hard but feeling great!
Day 7 ✅ - Legs hurt like hell. All done :)
Day 8 ✅- All done!
Day 9 ✅- All done!
Day 10 ✅ - I went out running a lil bit just before exercising so I struggled a little. Feels great.
Day 11 ✅ - All done. I lost 2kg but I also eat healthy and less than 1400 calories.
Day 12 ✅ - All done again.
Day 13 ✅ - Did all the exercises + some extra ones. One more day. :)

Now that is what worked for me to lose weight:
- I gave up on sugar, fast food, processed food, pastries. Be aware that it is important to know WHAT and HOW you eat.
- I started counting my calories with a mobile app and made sure I eat less that 1400 per day
- I made sure I did my exercises daily and some extra ones
- I didn't give up.
- I made sure I sleep enough
- I drank plenty of water
Also, there are some improvements, not big ones. i lost 2 - 3 kg and my body looks WAAAY better. The results won't show after 1 day so don't give up until AT LEAST 14 days!

I definitely recommend this video, it works!! I lost two pounds. I am also on the keto diet (not strict) but it’s important to note. I still believe that even if I wasn’t on diet it would work. At first, I was very excited to start exercising and super motivated. However, after a few days I wasn’t feeling it anymore and I started to get so sick of the same music playing everyday lol. But I stuck to it and I’m so proud that I did because i am seeing changes! Lmk if you guys have anymore questions about it, I’ll try to answer them to the best of my ability! ❤️

day 1: i definitely feel the burn and i also feel very accomplished. as a teen who wants to feel more confident, i have tried working out at home to lose weight many times and this video will always be the most motivating one. thank you lilly for this empowering video. i will use this video and continue my journey to reach the goal i want!

@@dramatic._.feline6764 Honestly, it’s going to hurt in the beginning and you’ll be sore the first days, buttt it get a much better if you consistently do the exercises each day. Set aside the 15 min each day. If you can, try and make sure you’re eating healthy. I’m not on any diet or anything because I suck at them, but I’m not eating as much junk as I was before either. Just keep a good balance :) Also know it’s okay to not do the exercises perfectly in the beginning lol. I couldn’t do like 5 of those exercises right at first, but now I’m getting better each day with them. You will too 😊 Keep at it! I’ve had such a lack of motivation to exercise for a long time, and so i began feeling unhealthy and gained a lot ofc. I’m not doing this because I’m insecure, but because I genuinely want to to be and feel healthier and so I can enjoy outside things lol. Once you’re doing it consistently, it’ll help you feel good both mentally and physically with time :) It’s worth it long term 😁 Good luck!!! I hope we both keep at it 🔥

I’ve been doing this almost everyday for about 3 weeks now. Lost 1.5 kilos, along with eating healthier than before.
At first I started doing this in order to lose weight that I’ve gained over the summer, but now I feel like crap when I skip a day, only because this makes me feel stronger. It feels like I’m giving my body a treat by working out, after spending so many hours in a sitting position because of school.

I just started today and it was good. Only had to modify one exercise because I just did legs last three days before today. It was good and excited to see how it does integrated with my other daily work outs. Will let you guys know. ♥️And I will because I been working out everyday for last three weeks. 💯
Day 1 - Was legs intensive and I was feeling it right after.
Day 2 - Really feeling it in the legs again so modified one exercise for legs
Day 3 - Few things I will point out, its legs intensive and not hardly any arms but slight shoulders. It’s HIIT for sure as your heart rate will hit anaerobic levels and you have rests between. I wish it had more arms but it’s a good workout.
Day 4 - Lot easier to do, added some more arms
Day 5 - Definitely easier and adding some stretching yoga focused on the legs and arms.
Day 6 - got to toe touches crunches and pulled some kind of muscle in my neck and had to stop. Can’t move it so going to masseuse to see if she can fix it.
Day 7 - Due to pulled shoulder muscle, substituted Yoga (Hanumanasana) for legs and stretching. Masseuse helped but still hurts so took a break from this one. Will try tomorrow.
Day 8 - Started with (Hanumanasana) to stretch and then did the workout and didn’t use shoulder exercises to avoid strain but did everything else.
Day 9 - finished strong but still avoiding using my shoulders unnecessarily. Will do some yoga later to stretch out legs and then Lilly’s inner thigh workout.
Day 10 - Did it still taking it easy on shoulders and knees. Followed by her arms workout and inner thighs
Day 11 - Did this and some other exercises but took it easy on this one due to my knees hurting. I also did Hanumanasana yoga and arms and shoulders Pilates
Day 12 - Did this today after doing more yoga for stretch. Highly recommend not doing this as your first workout of the day, these short ones aren’t meant to be done on a cold body. Heat up with yoga and stretching to avoid injuries
Day 13 - Skipped and did Yoga followed by Pilates arms
Day 14 - Finished the workout and did her abs workout with yoga beforehand.
All in all, this isn’t bad but rough on knees so make sure you are in decent shape first. Maybe not good for beginners

Alright, I’m a 14 year old girl that has been getting insecure by the day, so let’s see how this goes. I start off with 73.1kg. (I will be doing this 5 times a week not all 7 days. The days will be Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Today is Saturday.
Day 1: (Sat) done, it did sort of hurt but it wasn’t that bad. It’s pretty settled.
Day 2: (Sun) done, my legs were fairly sore but they’ll hopefully improve! I gave up on most of them and cried about not being skinny but it’s ok!
(Mon) I’m gonna switch today to tomorrow so free day today, exercise tomorrow.
Day 3: (Tues) done, it’s getting easier and I only took 4 extra breaks! I sweat a lot so that’s a good sign I think! My legs felt better today too! (Note: I drink lots of water now too)
(Wed) it’s a free day! My legs don’t hurt anymore! I think it was cause I haven’t been active in so long!
Day 4: (Thurs) done! Their getting easier! (Yes I still took extra breaks, and if you do then it’s ok! Just try to get back up!) I’m also gonna try to keep my calories low from tomorrow! I sweat bad!
Day 5: (Fri) done! It’s getting easier! Yes I still take breaks but it’s not as bad as day 1! I did also keep my cals low today!

I've heard from multiple resources that working out can shrink boob size- and as a chubby trans boy who is constantly misgendered because even with a binder I still have a larger chest, I've decided to finally try to become skinnier in chances to have a smaller chest to pass better and actually feel healthy- wish me luck!

@@waheedamn4522 no just I didn't eat sweet and sometimes i eat tea without sugar. I tried my best to avoid snacks 🤣
Day 1: I had a lot of trouble doing it and I was burning but I saw no results
Day 2: I felt like I was going to thorugh up during the excersises I saw a bit of results
Day 3: didn’t get through the full exercise but I do still feel the burn

Ok I'm going to do this and try dieting I will put what I ate on the day until this point and be sincere if I cheated haha
So... My height is 153 cm, I'm mexican (this is for food purposes lmao), I weight 66.6 kg
Day 1:
Last night ate nothing, Breakfast today was chilaquiles with 2 eggs and I ate some chips in the afternoon will be eating chicken with asparagus at dinner

Day 2:
Last night ate half a pancake, breakfast tdy was scrambled eggs with tomato, chile and onion (huevos a la mexicana) and the other half pancake, some pistachos, will be eating meat tacos with cheese and pimiento (plate is called "alambres")

Day 3: I didn’t eat anything the night before but ate in the morning tortilla and panela cheese with brócoli and pumpkin and for dinner some wack tostadas did no exercise
Day 4: Eat horrible literally haha a little debbies in the morning a taco of pork and then 5 enchiladas I was so done and in the middle of the night some chips 😭 was friday tho but still horrible anyways did no exercise that day too
Day 5: I WAKE UP AND DID THE COMPLETE EXERCISE hopefully will be doing doble post later what I ate
Day 6: Yesterday I didn’t do it doble 😔 sorry and ate carnita asada with wine but today ate 2 hotcakes and do the complete workout
