I love how she is complaining about the dui prison term and trying to say she’s been punished enough, meanwhile this whole issue has nothing to do with that matter at all, this is all about probation violations, still drinking, still driving without an interlock. She is just manipulative and trying to deflect away from the fact that she plead guilty to violating probation, then refused to accept any responsibility, she deserved more time in prison.
Not really, she was just saying because I am me, I should be treated differently than everybody else, especially when she said " I had to be in line like everybody else" as if she too good for it.
Her argument was terrible! She was in court for multiple probation violations, but all she addressed was her DWI conviction, and how she learned her lesson. Like the REAL judge said, “you decided to quit your probation”.
As a former judge, her crime warrants a harsher sentence than for a typical individual. But, rather than acknowledge that, she is actually asking to be treated more leniently than a typical individual - yes, most individuals even on low level crimes such as this will find their careers destroyed. Whether that is right or not is one thing, but it is quite another for a former judge to expect to be treated better than others. Her lack of self-awareness is astonishing.
Judges have been putting away innocent minorities with no repercussions for centuries. I guess it depends on their crimes and who they were against that gets certain reactions from different people. The whole system is rigged and no one has a right to judge anyone.
Blahblah ..white male judges in the Roc also have had plenty if dwis amonst other larger crimes and they didn't persecute them to the fullest extent...so plz.
I’ve seen a couple judges go to jail now. The common denominator is always the complete lack of remorse or humility. It’s like they think no one else has the right to judge them because they’ve spent so much time with the power to judge others.
I didn't think what she did was a big deal until they said how many times she violated the conditions of her release. They gave her every opportunity to avoid jail and she squandered every one. She was speaking as a lawyer in those instances; this is why one should never represent oneself; if a lawyer for a defendant had said those same things you would have heard them differently, I venture to say.

That is nonsense they say here in this country so that an attorney can make a nice pay check at someone elses expense. The defendant is not saying anything her counsel wouldn't say, and she was well spoken. She was respectful. But this is why you have counsel. Council can say things that are self-serving for the defendant and not look prideful or boastful or unrepentant. By defending herself, that is how she comes off. In fact the better she defends herself, the worse she looks. She is very capable of defending herself, maybe even the best defender, but she should have put her faith in a fellow lawyer. William Watkins: So, if a judge drinks, drives and kills someone and goes before another judge, that judge should just ignore the situation because judges are not "perfect", is that what you are saying?? That is the most moronic comment I have ever seen. If a judge is going to DRINK, then that judge should stay home and don't drive...PERIOD!! Judges MUST set exemplary life - that is MANDATORY!! It has nothing to do with perfection!! And if a judge is caught breaking the law, they should be punished more harshly than a civilian!! END OF STORY!!! She should have gotten a few years in jail!!!
Lorraine Hutton no, where do you morons get this shit from? What I was saying is that they’re normal people and make mistakes to. What I don’t understand is that she passed her field sobriety test but still got arrested for DWI? I don’t understand that part
William Watkins: You have to ask the dumb ass question. We - preferably me - get that "shit" from you - as I said before, your comment is moronic, that is why you have no "understanding" of anything! You, dumbass...need I say more? YES - GO AWAY, YOU DAMN IDIOT, I HAVE SAID ENOUGH, I DON'T CONVERSE WITH IDIOT!!
The actions and mannerisms of a true psychopath. I have no doubt she became a judge merely for the power kick
Most of them do, for money, power and love working for the dragon system
It's amazing that someone who is so smart, speaks so well and made it to be a judge can't follow the rules of probation. Show's there are things going on deep in the psyche we still don't understand.
@Lyndon Tree Most of us aren't, we just do the same thing over and over.
What’s really amazing is she is on probation to begin with.
It's called arrogance
@Ced The Barber Its not an issue for an adult to get an addict just do it at home or places that don't involve others like drink and drive.
She feels entitled. It's not a mystery
"it was a standard DWI, for which most individuals would receive fines" you are not most individuals! You are to be the standard of order in our society!
And that's totally false. Most people don't just get fines.
She doesn’t volunteer for harsher punishment for mistakes by being a judge. That’s bull. She should get the same standard as every other citizen gets. Her professional career is over that is plenty more than most people get.
Anon Ymous all people who get caught feel like they won’t get caught. But I highly doubt she saw 10 months in jail, 3 years of interlock and loss of career including thosusands in penalties..... I’ll bet you won’t find one single person who got that for their first DUI in that city or even state. I’m not calling her innocent, she is an idiot who later was arrested on other charges and removed from the bench. She now is back to running her law office.
david rodriguez so ummm what about cops killing unarmed innocent blacks?
I don't agree, the legal system is equal, no one above the law, no one below it. Well it's supposed to be.
An attorney who represents himself has a fool for a client.
What's a 1000 attorneys at the bottom of the sea! A good start YOU BITCH.
Fuck the law dred Scott is still in effect blks don't have civil rights.
Even as a former judge 🤦🏽♀️
That is nonsense they say here in this country so that an attorney can make a nice pay check at someone elses expense. Everything always comes down to money here and if someone is representing themselves in court, a lawyer will not be paid their outrageous fees or by the state to represent the person. That is why they say that to discourage people from putting a lawyer out of work by representing themselves.
@@WallStreetWill86 Yet you call other countries third world & primitive!
All people on probation are cheering right now 😂
how many people did she railroad in the same or similar fashion?
The question should be how many other judges have been railroaded the way they've done her.. Meth heads get treatment... But we know why
@@ginakirst1862 The man is keeping her down! She should be left alone to repeatedly violate the terms of her probation.
bdxhsc who said anything about the man? I don’t even see the word Man in any of the comments you replied to
I wonder how many people she threw in jail that didn’t deserve to be there?!!!! Karma’s a B 🤨
Umm probably none?
I would estimate hundreds or possibly thousands of innocent people, were put in jail by this judge.
Why do people act like there aren’t massive amounts of criminals living amongst us who deserve to be locked up?
@Sasha Harney WHATTTT!!! 😂😂😂😂 IDK who has the drinking problem you or her for that statement... I'm not even about to go in on you because I can play all day with this statement but I'll be wasting my time... GO TO SLEEP lmao
I think her being a JUDGE, and skipped probation 3 times, she needed to be sentenced a year at least
Charles Michael you’re white huh?
tenebrous soul no but you don’t try to ruin her. Go look at her interview when the news people came to her house. She talked about the sane judge who originally was her judge had two DUIS and also tried to remove the cops gun. But he’s still a judge. Are you aware of that?
Shut up your mind. You heartless man
Yeah. You can’t skip probation. That’s the easiest way to go to jail.
@@seanjohnson4239 Heck NO..ck my pic
The defendant is not saying anything her counsel wouldn't say, and she was well spoken. She was respectful. But this is why you have counsel.
Council can say things that are self-serving for the defendant and not look prideful or boastful or unrepentant. By defending herself, that is how she comes off. In fact the better she defends herself, the worse she looks.
She is very capable of defending herself, maybe even the best defender, but she should have put her faith in a fellow lawyer.
If someone is sent to jail for 30 days, and on day 30 they escape the prison for breakfast and return, what is the proper penalty for that offense? That's the situation here.
She's already been sentenced, harshly, for the initial crime. She's now being held accountable for taking Liberty during her sentence.
In addition, an actual Council would have moved for a change of venue as it was clear the presiding judge had a bit of wrath for her.
As Benjamin Franklin or Abraham Lincoln said:
"The man who is his own lawyer has a fool for his client."
Toddly This is so true!! Speaking from experience only because I couldn’t afford an attorney during my second divorce matter. Obviously I won the first with an attorney and low and behold lost the second. Amazing what money can do!!
She’s a man ? I knew something hinky was in the air.
And an idiot for a lawyer.
@8balln8 killingu65 I like what you wrote but remember Judges were/are lawyers as well
johnasap777 Judges DO NOT have to be lawyers to become a judge.
She complained the probation interfered with her ability to make a living.
Let's see what 180 days in jail does...
She will do 45/60 at the most
looks how much SHE threw away over her EGO, yet, shes the victim
6 months is still pretty light, given the nature of the crime and her subsequent violations. I haven't been to prison, but having talked to a fair number of people that have, the main thing that keeps them from reverting to their old ways is the fear of going back. Hopefully this works for her.
You can tell shes smart, and a beautiful lady on the outside, but shes crazy af. There are many ex boyfriends with some stories I'm sure
She has ropes coming out of her skull
IF she was so FREAKIN smart, she wouldn't be standing there!
Yes. Scary smart and beautiful.
Agreed, Google her name and read the story about her trying to buy a shotgun.
She is ugly what you talking about.
This pisses me off so much! We've got Judges & Attys out here Exploiting Families so horrifically in that thousands of children are tortured & murdered! DV Victims tortured & murdered! Abusers manipulating the system to drag on cases of torment for years & years! Children lose their entire childhoods! Victims misidentified as criminals & then PROSECUTED, while domestic terrorists, child rapists, entire trafficking rings, & countless murders are committed! The hands of PRIDEFUL ARROGANT PRINCIPALITIES IN ABUSIVE POWER collude with complicit evils AND zero accountability is EVER TAKEN!! IMMUNITY!
Its a power play to have chopped this prev judge's legs off & torture her!
The system was Not To BREAK people was all she needed to say because Guess What??? That is exactly the involuntary servitude breaking that the judicial legal system has adopted & will continue to AFFLICT Americans for GENERATIONS to come!!!
The snake should've been cut at the head when America incepted Britain!!
May light continue to arise!!
Doesn’t matter how well she speaks - she continually broke probation knowing the risks and that it’s illegal. So no, you made that choice!
You obviously know absoluitely NOTHING abnout addiction, how sad (Or is it pathetic) are you? I bet you're the type that thinks that the election was stolen from Trump as well.
@@SnarkierThan-U-R Time to grow up :)
@@SnarkierThan-U-R you probably haven't had a family member killed by an intoxicated driver, a slap on the hand and a fine is not enough of a sentence!
She'll be fine 😌
@@SnarkierThan-U-R you are talking about a well educated grown woman who would know the risks of addiction. Alcoholics don’t deserve pity as it’s their own fault. "I cannot get here today because I had to stand in line."
Your quote is incorrect
You come early & wait like us poor folks.
Haha yeah the level of entitlement is astronomical!
"If you're point is to destroy me, I'm telling you you can't"
Say that to the one and only person who can. The judge.
She looks like she’s doing very well .
Amen
The amount of times I screamed hearsay 😅🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 you were a JUDGE!!!
Her testimony was compelling and I was on her side until I heard the rundown of how many times she was given chances that the average person isn't. The sentence is appropriate.
I was exactly the same lol I was on her side to till I heard the breakdown of it all by the judge.
Mee too.
Me too
Me 3, She's definitely fit to run for office for our Government when she gets out
I agree. I was with her until the judge spoke. But if I need someone to defend me in court I would hire this gal. She has the gift of bullshit.
Rules are for everyone but me attitude!
I wonder how many familiar face's she's going to see while serving her time? They bout to have FUN with her!
Maybe turn her out in the showers? Lol. Be som bodies Lil bitch
Entitlement stopped that day. Typical victim card playbook.
Entitlement probably didn’t stop. Just didn’t work
she did what? two weeks? then probation
And to think that this lady actually had the power to judge over others...
I think that smile on her face, as she was being lead out, says a lot.
That’s smiles mean “fuck it, 6 months and move on” better than stay under these assholes mercy. Respect to her

When you're a judge you need to be held to a higher standard. You know better. As a judge you deserve a harsher sentence.
I wonder why people keep placing policemen who have committed brutality to that of criminals via saying certain groups of people are brutal to each other. I hold policemen to a higher standard as well.
@@kerenjeanne3556 Yes them as well.
especially judges from the Peloponnese
Exactly! She talks about first offenders and their prior records as being the basis for sentencing guidelines. But what she fails to mention is that as a judge, she is held to a higher standard. Just like a police officer or any other first responder.
@R Cruz Stop with the race baiting. That has absolutely nothing to do with this. And it's minorities fault they commit more crimes
