    I just started and loving the way I feel. I am doing 1130-730 this week but tomorrow I have a dinner so my plan was to wait to break the fast at 130 pm so that I can eat til later 930. And then go right back to my reg schedule the following day. Does that seem right?

    Should women with pcos do intermitten fastjng?

      Most experts recommend avoiding IF for women with PCOS, given that they more readily need to modulate their insulin levels. I would recommend speaking with your doctor to further understand yur specific needs.

      EAT eggs, chicken & fish if you want the benefits of those foods. Don't get hooked on ideologies.

      Perhaps not for a clean fast as the ginger will spike insulin.
