Sometimes I feel depressed. When I get like that, eating healthy seems like just another dull experience. After days and days of that muted pointless feeling I eat a bunch of fries just to feel any bit of joy. I just got health insurance. I'm hoping I can start therapy soon so I can deal with my issues without disordered eating.

YES!! Totally agree with you. I like to enjoy a cheat MEAL each week, not a cheat DAY because I could definitely take it too far and have in the past. Thanks for being here! :)

Cheer up. Soon we will be eating crickets, meal worms, etc. Doubt we'll be doing emotional bug eating. 😀🦗🐛🪳
