I was able to get back on my bike for the first time yesterday after over a year! I did 8 miles and I’m not in misery today! Going for a walk right now!

This is so true Doing things hurts not doing things hurts 😫 Thank you for figuring it out 🤩☺️

Thank you very much, Ryan! Now I know this is very true. After two months of trial and error at the gym I can understand my body a bit better and my lower back pain is easier to deal with.

Chronic tension headaches daily, disc bulge into nerve root, can’t sit. Chronic muscle tension in the traps. I need a lot of help. If I lift anything above my head I instantly get a headache. I have failed 2 migraine surgeries

It is important to be aligned but Chiro thrusts on spine which causes friction, pain. Which is most important (be aligned & cause friction or not be aligned & have friction)?

A lot of my neck pain and shoulder pain is getting better, but it seems like my pain has migrated into my temporalis, which is awful, because it causes tinnitus. Could you advise what video or videos I should be looking at for that? I really do love what core balancing has done for my posture. Even my gym trainer commented that I was using my core much more effectively the other day at the gym. (I have TMJ.)

I’m currently at that rock bottom you spoke of after 8 years of decline and increasing pain and other symptoms. Just started your training course and I am very grateful and excited to start tipping the scales back into health 🙏🫶
