- This easy Chicken Parmesan recipe is one of our family's favorite weeknight meals, it comes together in just a few minutes and is sooo tasty! Crispy baked chicken in a rich marinara sauce and covered in melted mozzarella cheese. This recipe is out of this world delicious and a tried and tested family favorite. Serve on a bed of spaghetti or mashed potatoes.

Created this for my family and I for dinner. Mm we loved it, I’m still learning how to make great dishes so my mom doesn’t have to cook as much. It was so comforting to make, I will make it again soon. Thank you!!
This looks incredible. I recommend using slices of cheese (I do provolone) and brushing the top with just a tiiiiiiny bit of olive oil before baking. It takes the golden brown crust to a whole new level. Can't wait to try your recipe.

TOTALLY just made this tonight!!! Came together really quickly and I watched the video to make sure I was doing the steps right!!! Made this for my husband and myself and when I looked up at him and saw he had cleaned the whole plate!! Definitely going to add this to the rotation in the menu!!! You guys have to try it!

I made this recipe tonight (after watching the video last week); it was absolutely delicious! Instead of using a jar of purchased marinara sauce I used your recipe for InstantPot sauce - that is what made it so great, I think. Your recipe for sauce is better than sauces I find the supermarket (most the the prepared one are too sweet for my liking) This is a recipe I will definitely make many times. 👍😋🍲

Just made your AIRFRYER version of this recipe. Best comfort food! My goodness this is SO good! I happened to have Italian seasoned panko. Floured the thin-sliced breasts first before egg dredge. Love that in the air fryer, the exterior meat just gets golden and it is cooked through. I also did my spaghetti squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder in the air fryer first, while prepping the meat. Great way to add more veggies and cut a few carbs. Thanks John!
