    That was beautiful.....I think a single tear of joy fell down my cheek. Now if I could find a comparable keto recipe for this treat, my world would be near complete.

      Use meth instead of flour. It's more effective than fake keto.

      I'm going to use a combination of vital wheat gluten and oat fiber. Did you ever find a keto recipe?

    Why some measurements in standard and some in metric? This is pate achoux and beside making yummy crullers it makes eclairs. 💚 💚 💚 💚

    Great instructions; I made cruellers a long time ago but needed a refresher. (I found the instructions work a lot better if you play the video muted, and pump some Daft Punk in the background.)

    After i take mine out of the deep fryer they slowly start to deflate and go flat would you know why this happens?

    • @Vickalicious310
      @Vickalicious310 5 років тому +3

      I believe it's because you didn't beat the dough good enough after adding the eggs.

    What temp was the oil? how long on each side?

    • @Jseitz81
      @Jseitz81 6 років тому +1

      I want to say 350 deg, always do a small test, the donut piece should float, if it don't float than the oil is not hot enough. You get the feel for it after a while. They do cook pretty quick.

      @ty_usesyoyoswithnostring7839 4 роки тому

      duchessnoodles you could but they wouldn’t be soft airy and fluffy. If you are I recommend 350 until brown on top of until you feel their ready. (Use a toothpick, poke them and if no dough comes out or if they aren’t spongy and keep their form then you should be okay)

    Was that wax paper or parchment paper?

    • @Audhepfan1
      @Audhepfan1 9 місяців тому

      I'm going to assume parchment paper so that the wax doesn't get into the oil. I was surprised at the paper being in the hot oil.

    • @Vickalicious310

      It's parchment paper and it helps them keep there shape while putting them into the oil.
