@@ireneyapguatngoh5019 I honestly don't know but what I do know is that it's all about proportion. 10g of dry yeast does 1000g of flour, use the amount of yeast you gonna use to measure the amount of flour, like of you gonna use 5g of dry yeast you gonna need 500g of flour. Yes we make it differently in different African countries. In my country we do not use yeast or egg so this is interesting for me. I want to try this. I always wondered why Chinese cream doughnuts that I buy were so airy and fluffy. Now I know it might be the yeast. I love this lady. She has definitely opened my eyes to Korean cuisine. We made them last night and we ate them almost all only 3 left i went to the market came home and they were gone...this recipe is by far thee most delicious recipe ive ever ever made and im a really well seasoned cook and baker candy maker cake decorator bread maker and this recipe is the only donut recipe ive ever made that has been really light fluffy and that crunch thin outter layer of crunch then this fluffy delightful soft airy dough oh my gosh. I think they asked me to make a double batch again today because someones mother has been craving a good warm donut and this recipe just cant get any better than this its perfection!

@@aminasey No actually, maybe you added more milk or not enough flour, you can knead the dough in a table while sprinkling some flour until it become smooth
