I'm one of those lucky people with extra sensitive skin. Can't even use sensitive skin products. So, I've had to find alternatives. Oatmeal & vegan yogurt (just mix together, slather on, let dry, scrub off and rinse-- done), avocado & agave (same process, but I use bad avos. Waste not, want not) & the list of great combos are endless! Being in my 50's, my absolute fave is grapefruit! Just smear a single segment on & it acts as a gentle peel.

I collapsed when I was left alone. I've lost meaning in my life as well.
My center was not me, but my parents. After my parents passed away, I'm still struggling to find my way. But I still want to live.
Have you considered talking with a counselor or therapist to help navigate through your grief? I think it could really be helpful for you. You are not alone. I had to euthanize my beloved dog this past weekend who was my best friend and baby for the past 11 years. I know exactly how you feel. My world is shattered. Just focus on doing the next right thing, break it down to the next step or even next breath. You can do this.
I'm so sorr you're going through this :( So sorry about your parents passing. I hope you get through this stage and start centering yourself again!

Wow, tomato tuna! I've got to try making that. So far I've just made chickpea tuna which is also delicious, but I'm curious about the texture and mouth feel of tomato and how it compares with the chickpea tuna. Looks so yummy! 😋
it was around -33 here at the start of the year and I don't remember the last time it was that cold (usually the coldest temperature during winter is like -27) and it was truly freezing!
I'm in Michigan so we have extremely cold temps here and often dip below the big zero 🥶🥶

i mean eating loads of veggies and having celery juice is fine but you should look into it a bit more, if you are interested listen to maintenance phase's podcast episode about celery juice, they go into great detail. it's all a bunch of BS lol. just eating veggies and drinking plenty of water is just as great. really enjoying your what i eat in a day videos, thanks dear

-35C!! coldest day in Germany I can remember was -15C
Yeah in Canada we can guarantee temperatures in the -30 every single winter. And also plus 30-35C for a short bit every summer. Yay for living somewhere that gets 60 degrees of difference or more for the extreme temperatures. 😅
Luckily neither the lowest temp or highest temp lasts for too terribly long. (Usually a week)
With windchill it can get to the -40s and apparently rare occasions -50 🥶🥶🥶

I tried celery juice and was like 😝😝😝! I would rather just eat celery.
So many people told me that blending gets rid of nutrients but juicing keeps it. So I've been scared to juice like this .
i think that might be backwards. blending is good because you're left with everything. when you juice, you have all the liquid and none of the fiber that makes fruits and veggies so good for us! making your own blended smoothies is good!

And FYI, I’m the oldest of 5 kids and after I was already 18 we all lived in an old RV on the north side of Madison. On the side of the road. Let’s be clear, you can handle. Being like this when you own a cafe is just pitiful. It’s time to live, hun.. and make the best of what we have. And I dare say, you and I have something. Or I wouldn’t have given you the time of day. Sorry but that is a true story.

I think vegan is the answer. I'm desperate to be healthy. Both of my parents had dementia, so I left work and had to defecate and urinate for a long time on my own. Last year, they both passed away after 3 months. It was stressful. After my parents passed away, all I had was physical and heartache. I got a brain aneurysm and two brain aneurysms on my head. I even had hypothyroidism and suddenly I gained 15kg. Anxiety disorder Panic disorder I'm still experiencing insomnia. It's been a year since my parents died and I'm still in treatment, but I've only started again. I've had the courage to share and communicate, so I started UA-cam, took a walk, and traveled. Now I want to be healthy. I want everyone watching this video to be healthy. When you lose your health, you lose everything.
