We always have our dishes done before going to bed (Viet household of all adults), but I never understand when professional organizers say "doing dishes doesn't take as long as you think." Maybe I'm just really slow moving or maybe it's something about Asians, but we have so many dishes... And my parents use the dishwasher as another cabinet...
Lol - my Indian parents and me do the same thing, we MUST have a clean sink before bed, we use the dishwasher maybe once a month. But we use to store things in it as well. Lol I get satisfaction from hand washing dishes 😊
I love using my dishwasher to deep clean and sanitize items around the house addition to dishes. I always have a clean sink and I use the inside of my oven for storage. I have to take things out when I bake.
I've had this convo with my husband and friends and we all agree: dishes are the WORST household chores. I would DIE without a dishwasher. It's such a great and time-saving appliance. It would always take me forever to do a sink-ful of dishes and making sure they're clean and would always put it off bc who looks forward to dishes and it's just never-ending. Rather run the dishwasher every other day!
I like having a standing desk, best decision I ever made. It's like automatic too so when I get tired I can just hit a button and it lowers to sitting level. It gets me moving so much more as I'm studying all day
Great video! I'm going to try the oat and chia seed drink today. I wonder if powdering the oats before you add it to the water would help with the consistency.
A fantastic realistic wellness routine vlog including what beautiful Rose ate in a day. Hopefully Rose has had a good week and has a awesome Friday and weekend. Love 🥰 this vlog and love 💕 Rose.
That soba bowl has actually become a „cheap lazy and healthy“ staple of mine since you did a similar version back in your quarantine recipes video (with gochujang sauce). I love soba way to much but they are so expensive over here..
People tend to complicate everything but coffee although a diuretic has some health benefits, unless you’re solely relying on it as a breakfast. Although it may make you discard water as long as you’re eating a healthy well balanced diet through and through you shouldn’t worry. Try incorporating more greens through the day if it’s a medical concern but otherwise GO WITH THE FLOW!
Also the water content in foods is different from the molecules being further broken down by our amazing digestive system! Just hydrate but never over hydrate… you can actually tell from the color of your urine. Clear TOO MICH WATER, DEEP YELLOW/BROWN too little water so yeah Chill girl. You can always ask your nutritionist/doctor 😎
Can I ask what kind of wok you use? I very much need a new one! Can you recommend a certain one/kind? Also, LOVE the sweet chili sauce, on almost everything... roasted cauliflower the most! Merci~
That Umami sauce might be somewhat similar to what we have in NW USA. Cafe Yum sauce. It’s heavy on nutritional yeast. We get the bottles of their sauce and make our own bowls. I really think I’ll be trying it with soba noodles and some lettuce I grew for lunch today. I made a homemade Yum sauce before and it didn’t keep very long at all compared to the purchased stuff lasting months.
I'm a diabetic 292 it's hard I miss. Being a vegetarian but my doctor said it's not good for my diabetes I really don't want to eat meat I got so sad I seen a baby hen for sale I was poor baby hens why wish my would understand me when I was a vegetarian I lose 25 pounds in 3 weeks I really hate the taste of meat
Hey, just wanted to say that it's actually recommended eating a plant-based diet when you have diabetes. Meat is actually suspected to cause diabetes or make it worse. Maybe your doc said that because of the protein intake, which should be around 0,8-1,2 Gramms per Kilogram Bodyweight, but the protein shouldn't come from meat. You can eat tofu, tempeh or legumes like chickpeas, lentils, white beans etc. and use soy milk or pea milk. And you can always just use diaryproducts like joghurt or cheese, you don't have to eat meat. Especially if its bad for your mental health because that too does affect your physical health.

Rose, I adore your spirit and energy! Thank you for sharing your life with us. ❤
thank you so much! you're too sweet : )
I squeeze lemon, lime, & orange slices into my salad dressings to use less of the dressing, & I also add extra herbs/spices.
I think I’ll just eat my oatmeal with chia seeds, lol. Great video! Thanks for sharing and I think an evening wellness routine would be awesome😊
These types of videos that you do are actually my favorite ones 😊

We Japanese people like to put everything in a separate tiny dish to make more dishes for ourselves :’)
Lol - my Indian parents and me do the same thing, we MUST have a clean sink before bed, we use the dishwasher maybe once a month. But we use to store things in it as well. Lol

Think I’ll try the oatmeal/chia seed drink, but I might use an immersion blender to break up the solids and make it more drinkable.
Wow girl, Your face is glowing! What is your skin care routine? I would love to know! ✨
More please! Loved it!
I always enjoy your videos. Yes, I would love to see more like this.
The Instant Pot is life.

Please note that instant oats have a high glycemic index. Best to clarify to your viewers
We buy minced garlic in little glass jars in the produce section.
I totally get the sweet and spicy sauce on salad… I love a mix of flavours in food. Sweet, spicy, salty, sour, 😊

We bought sriracha today at the Asian store for $14,99!!! Crazy 😜 it used to be around $5-$8 before.... so shocking 😢
Yummy!! Thanks for sharing 😊
If you search for Whitewater Cooks Glory salad dressing, you will find a recipe that tastes identical to umami dressing!
Talking about efficiency, i saw this video while making some stretches 😂
Hi Rose, I love a what I eat in a day vlog.
yay! thank you! : )
Our grocery stores finally got the real Sriracha about 2 weeks ago I grabbed three bottles just in case
Loved this video Rose. You need to drop a noodle sauce recipe ASAP! Would love an evening video ❤
Thank you for the video
What did you mix with those powders? Water? Also what do use the compost for and how? I'm learning lol at least trying to 😂
I'm not on tiktok but I also saw that video on YT shorts! haha! i was also intrigued!
I was thinking about dr Greger before you said it 😂

Team soba forever! 😂❤
What brand of soba noodles do you get??
Dude I have the biggest crush on you I’m losing my marbles right now 😑
Hey how did you get srracha!!??? Lucky ducky 🦆 😛
Gr8 video.
I wonder if homemade oat milk would provide the same benefits of the oat and chia water mixture
What kind of flavor profile does that dressing have? I can’t read the ingredients
I keep my compost in the garage because it’s so cold , it’s like a freezer lol
What air fryer do you use?
I just started with Complement. Ordering from the states, is there a Canadian option to buy from 🇨🇦?!?
Is that Sriracha vegan? In the US some of them contain sugar that's processed with bone char.
I want to try complement but I can’t stand the taste of stevia :/ is it noticeable at all?
Omg yes, I got stevia instead of Splenda because it’s healthier but I’m definitely going back to Splenda.

@@nadja8087 Thank you I totally agree with you about that😀
im holding you to this copy cat recipe with how u hyping it up
wooooo siracha!
that concoction would make anyone lose weight im getting nauseous just looking at it
Canadians are so bland, they think liking a SAUCE is controversial.
Do you have a six-pack?
Don't worry about describing things. It's not like this is your job or anything.
Thank you for your video
