I want to thank you for the shoulder exercises and incorporation of the “Boo-yah” stick. I asked my husband if he had anything in his shop that would work and he brought me a 5 ft piece of pvc pipe, about 1.5 inches in diameter. It’s perfect! ...and has helped my shoulders & neck tremendously! Recently spent a girl’s (old lady quilt retreat) weekend at a friends cabin, and didn’t take my 5 ft pvc pipe with me. While there I really missed the stretching & exercises you taught. On the second day a broom was left out in the kitchen so I tried it out, and it worked great! One of the gals asked me what I was doing, and the rest is history. The broom “boo-yah” stick became a neck & shoulder saver after hours and hours machine piecing quilt tops together. Thank you again! I wish you good things in return for all the good you share with the world! I love your style, and appreciate the information the two of you share in all your videos more than you know.

Chronic pain pt here. Thanks for letting me figure out what I needed to do to just fix it, (shoulder sleeper, with GERD and Sleep Apnea) sparing me another endless "theres nothing I can do but give you opiates" conversation with my GP. Reduces my painkiller intake as well as my stress levels, and that makes everything easier.

I have been practicing all your exercises daily. I divide 8 stick exercises × 3 sets each between 2 sessions. I have witnessed dramatic results and improvement. I also have full range of motion. However, after restarting my upper body calesthenics, performing 3 sets of push-ups causes inflammation and sharp pain in the left front deltoid (the affected shoulder) What would you feel the reason may be?

Kindly tell me in the first exercise statue of liberty where I have to keep the pipe ? Besides my shoulder at floor or besides the position of my feet or in front of me while in a chair.

I've been having shoulder pains on my right and have gotten worse over time. I'm a side sleeper and as my weight increases it seems to disturb it more. I hear clicking when I move it around. What could that being? I'm worried I may need surgery I don't want to have to see a specialist. I also.may have overtime injured from working out overtime and over stretching it or pulling a tendon. I bought a shoulder brace and has helped tremendously i use it when i sleep too and has kept me from sleeping on my side
