You’re the first reviewer to suggest a solution for the thermostat issue. Seems simple, but I wouldn’t have thought to look for slack in the wiring. I mounted mine on an angle bracket 2” below the unit. Can’t wait to run it. Thanks for the insight!
Could you cut that thermostat probe off and connect the wires to a regular thermostat? Or could you just extend those wires and put the probe further away from the heater? Would either of those options work?
Ever had an issue where it won't kick on even when the ambient temp (this is displaying on the unit) is lower than the set temp? I've tried factory resetting and soft resetting multiple times (the unit is new so it should work).
