Nice review Mr. John. I need to get some doors on my three sided carport. Then I can heat and cool it.

Does the fan work well for moving the heat around. My small unit the fan does little to move heat. Does the manual say anything about a remote thermostat. It may overheat with a remote. My garage has a high ceiling which really does not help unless maybe I added a ceiling fan. Stay warm.🤣

Galen, the fan works "fair" for moving the air. Somedays I'll use a small oscillating fan to help circulation. Overall very pleased with the heater.

With the energy prices here in the UK, I would have to sell a kidney to pay the bill if I had a 5000 watt heater. How much is a unit of electricity in Texas?

Simon, here in Texas we can shop around and select power companies. We can enter contracts (usually contract last 12-60 months) and choose power source (wind, solar, natural gas, etc). Currently I pay about 11 cents (USD) per KWH.
