    When did you started consuming cosmix Protien shake and gut and skin drink? For you are they really helpful in weightloss in case of pcod?

      @@ranjita9799 protein powder I started this month only but gut and skin powder since june. No its not for weight loss gut n skin powder is just for a clearer skin and digestive system. Protein shake helps with building muscle mass and toning of the body. Plus protein keeps you full for longer so yes in a way it will reduce your cravings and avoid overeating. I prefer cosmix coz it doesn’t have any sugar, gluten or dairy in it which is best for women with pcos.

      @@sreoseedas4748 this is roti chilla is made after diluting besan in water too much and roti is made like a regular atta roti with besan

    Beetroot tomato soup recipe?

      boil beetroot and tomato, then mix them in a blender with some water and then boil that mixture until it gets a little thick. Then add salt and pepper to taste 🙌
