      bro, no joke- buy some cowboy boots. when you wear them, you will see your tall self and have the enjoyment of your goal pre attainment. You will also notice, your body will move through your day differently and people will understand, you as that height. It should be a good motivation to keep up the work 👍

    UPDATE...
    It has been 2 month already and I have grown 5 c.m-6cm so far.. with out even doing the exercises consistently(I was doing this exercises 5 times a week ) and not doing the swimming part at all since I didn't know how..
    Now I am around 1.71 c.m

    Even after the age of 20, your spine can grow for about five years, but yeah, that's it. If you're 30 plus, you can improve your muscle tone and posture, technically making you a little taller, but your bones don't grow. Think about it: Wouldn't world-class athletes do this to gain height?

      world class athletes are already world class because they are already tall, not the other way around. also keep in mind that some of these methods could be gatekept because of the fact that nobody will profit from the height-increasing market (i,e. leg lengthening surgery, growth pills, etc.) if this were common sense.

      ​@@MAN-ps3tp 21 and 4, 164 or 5'4" most probably won't growth plate for most close till 18-19 some still grow till 23 or24 it's very rare... Leg lengthening surgery are not worth it don't even think about it and there are no magical medicine...

    I used to do a lot of those streches and skipping as a kid, sprinting, and fasting and im 5.4 , i think the damage i had recieved when i felt flat on my head multiple times , affected my growth, the tallest place to fall was 4 meters , and i genuinely felt my spine bending out of place, couldnt breath and i couldnt make any noise for about 30 seconds after that fall

    Many people have asked me about my sprint routine. Here it is:
    I jog at normal speed for 5 minutes , while Stretching hands, legs.
    Then i run at my Maximum Speed for 45 second, then slow down the speed and do light jog for 1-2 minutes , then again i sprint for another 45 second at my Maximum Speed.
    I repeat this cycle at least 13-15 times and then at last normal jog for another 5 minute.

      wdym no BS? it is quite a lot of BS. And what do you mean valueable information? Did it surprise you that you need to sleep to produce GH? The stretches can work if you have bad posture, but there isnt much else to it. The only legit way to get taller is surgery, or maybe if you hang 8 hours a day

    Instead of the workout part do the massai jump, which results in micro fracture in the bones. While healing it wull fill in the fracture giving you and inch or two at max. Try it

    i take 1 pill of calcium, vitamin D3, vitamin B-complex after 1 big meal, then after another big meal i take another 1 pill of calcium, and before i sleep i take 1 pill of magnesium, zinc ( on empty stomach ) I don't eat anything before sleep 2 - 3h

    1. Micro Fracture
    How to create micro fracture?
    Sports: Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Jumping, Cycling
    Jumps: After workouts
    2. Stretching
    ankle weights for 30 to 60 minutes
    3. Growth hormone
    8 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep. (sleep as early as you can)
    Hydrated (1.9 liters of water, daily)
    High-intensive exercise / Regular weight lifting
    Sunlight (for vitamin D)
    Minerals and Vitamin intake (zinc, D3, C)
    Testosterone
    4. Nutrition
    Boron: Dry fruits
    Meat: Red meat, Organ meat
    Red meat: Lamb, Mutton, Pork, fish, eggs, chicken
    carbs: Rice, beans, Potatoes, Corn, Peas, other green vegetable
    avoid: fast foods, unhealthy snacks/foods, and try avoiding sugar
    5. Posture
    Dead hangs: 30-45 sec, repeat around 7 to 13 times, with 10-30 sec rest in between.
    Pull ups: 100 with different variation. Close grip, wide grip. 30-40 sec rest between each set, 15 for 1 set
    6.Meditation
    To have less stress since stress could limit your growth

    27 years. Eat healthy, sleep from 10-7. Do a lot ot strech, almost everyday for about 20 minutes minimum. Do gym, at least 3 times a week(I do everyday), and do cardio and circuit of workouts. Improve the food(get something that is high increase hormones) and get something natural. From 170 to 175 in 3 months. 😊

    Summary:
    1- sleep on the same time every day.
    2- don't eat before bed 2-3h , avoid sugar
    3 - heat exposure, hot bath 2h at 40C , saunas 2 x 15 min / day.
    Do intense exercises.
    4 - eat , more proteins, and probiotics.
    5 - suplements, amino acids , GABA supps, for better sleep : melatonin.( Not recommend)
    6 - low body fat 10-15% , avoid alcohol , fasting.

      yep but you should also listen to your body, like if you have pain in leg you can take rest, and also mix other workout such as : running, skipping, light jog, cycling

      lol me too, even my diet is majorly pure dairy products, whey and all the important nutrients. Over 10000 steps and 1hrs workout(incl stretching) is also something i do daily, also mindfulness. But closing of growth plates is a thing, im 18 now, barely a centimetre taller than my father. Might demotivate many, but it helps me in other ways.

      @@Tanish_000 try again drink milk when you wake up and also before going to bed and then when you wake up in the morning eat protein and calcium foods and then milk exercise exhaust your self but do not overdo it and get an sun exposure lessen your wieghtliftings in before bed eat in around 5-6 o clock and drink milk after you got that time get rest for 2 hours about 7-8 o clock and sleep straight do it everyday or depends on you

      @@Tanish_000 steps won’t help. Walking won’t force your legs to become longer. All athletes have dang long legs. You should’ve sprinted or better, cycled a lot. Sprinting>= cycling >>>>> walking

    There are many studies that stretching increases your height temporarily. So it's pretty much useless if you stop doing stretches, right?

      @@NarmeenMalik-jp7wl He used to do most stretching like hanging and other stretching exercises and cycling, swimming, sprinting, jumping and sleeping stretch while sleeping at night for 7 to 8 hours.
      In a day he used to perform stretching exercises for 6 to 7 hours and he also says that if we get free time we have to do stretching and also (psychological exercise that is manifestation we have feel taller in a day and before sleeping we have say our self that I am growing taller and hgh is producing in my body.
      Do manifest for 10 minutes before sleeping and 10 minutes as soon as you wake up
