Even after the age of 20, your spine can grow for about five years, but yeah, that's it. If you're 30 plus, you can improve your muscle tone and posture, technically making you a little taller, but your bones don't grow. Think about it: Wouldn't world-class athletes do this to gain height?
world class athletes are already world class because they are already tall, not the other way around. also keep in mind that some of these methods could be gatekept because of the fact that nobody will profit from the height-increasing market (i,e. leg lengthening surgery, growth pills, etc.) if this were common sense.

I used to do a lot of those streches and skipping as a kid, sprinting, and fasting and im 5.4 , i think the damage i had recieved when i felt flat on my head multiple times , affected my growth, the tallest place to fall was 4 meters , and i genuinely felt my spine bending out of place, couldnt breath and i couldnt make any noise for about 30 seconds after that fall

Many people have asked me about my sprint routine. Here it is: I jog at normal speed for 5 minutes , while Stretching hands, legs. Then i run at my Maximum Speed for 45 second, then slow down the speed and do light jog for 1-2 minutes , then again i sprint for another 45 second at my Maximum Speed. I repeat this cycle at least 13-15 times and then at last normal jog for another 5 minute. Thats all 🦇

27 years. Eat healthy, sleep from 10-7. Do a lot ot strech, almost everyday for about 20 minutes minimum. Do gym, at least 3 times a week(I do everyday), and do cardio and circuit of workouts. Improve the food(get something that is high increase hormones) and get something natural. From 170 to 175 in 3 months. 😊
Summary: 1- sleep on the same time every day. 2- don't eat before bed 2-3h , avoid sugar 3 - heat exposure, hot bath 2h at 40C , saunas 2 x 15 min / day. lol me too, even my diet is majorly pure dairy products, whey and all the important nutrients. Over 10000 steps and 1hrs workout(incl stretching) is also something i do daily, also mindfulness. But closing of growth plates is a thing, im 18 now, barely a centimetre taller than my father. Might demotivate many, but it helps me in other ways.

1. Micro Fracture
How to create micro fracture?
Sports: Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Jumping, Cycling
Jumps: After workouts
2. Stretching
ankle weights for 30 to 60 minutes
3. Growth hormone
8 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep. (sleep as early as you can)
Hydrated (1.9 liters of water, daily)
High-intensive exercise / Regular weight lifting

27 years. Eat healthy, sleep from 10-7. Do a lot ot strech, almost everyday for about 20 minutes minimum. Do gym, at least 3 times a week(I do everyday), and do cardio and circuit of workouts. Improve the food(get something that is high increase hormones) and get something natural. From 170 to 175 in 3 months. 😊

Summary:
1- sleep on the same time every day.
2- don't eat before bed 2-3h , avoid sugar
3 - heat exposure, hot bath 2h at 40C , saunas 2 x 15 min / day.
Do intense exercises.
4 - eat , more proteins, and probiotics.
5 - suplements, amino acids , GABA supps, for better sleep : melatonin.( Not recommend)
6 - low body fat 10-15% , avoid alcohol , fasting.

Yeah, I do all of those all the time and I don't get taller. Hmmmm.
lol me too, even my diet is majorly pure dairy products, whey and all the important nutrients. Over 10000 steps and 1hrs workout(incl stretching) is also something i do daily, also mindfulness. But closing of growth plates is a thing, im 18 now, barely a centimetre taller than my father. Might demotivate many, but it helps me in other ways.
@@Tanish_000 try again drink milk when you wake up and also before going to bed and then when you wake up in the morning eat protein and calcium foods and then milk exercise exhaust your self but do not overdo it and get an sun exposure lessen your wieghtliftings in before bed eat in around 5-6 o clock and drink milk after you got that time get rest for 2 hours about 7-8 o clock and sleep straight do it everyday or depends on you

There are many studies that stretching increases your height temporarily. So it's pretty much useless if you stop doing stretches, right?
If stretching increase your height temporarily then how did Rustam Akhmetov increase his height he used to other exercise also but he mostly do stretching exercises
If you do stretching for a really long period of time like up to a year or more then the results can get permanent
