This happened to me on August 11, 2020. I will never forget the day. I went to the restroom and all of a sudden I couldn't turn my neck and my neck felt like stone and my head felt like it was gonna explode. My hubby took me to the emergency room and turns out I had 2 brain aneurysms and one had ruptured causing a mild stroke. I was air lifted to another hospital and underwent brain surgery. I turned 40 in the hospital on Aug.16, 2020. I was there for 14 days. I'm thankful to God I'm alive. It was scary. Prayers for this man. 🙏❤️

My father inlaw had a brain aneurysm rupture. He had a violent headache. His neck hurt too. He went to the chiropractor thinking he needed an adjustment. The chiropractor advised him to go straight to the emergency room. My mother inlaw drove him there. He went into a coma for days. My mother inlaw was advised to get his affairs in order bcuz he wasnt going to make it.
As i was holding hos hand (cant remember what day it was in the coma) i teased him by telling him we were going to sell off all of his antiques (he had A LOT)..he squeezed my hand then opened his eyes and smiled at me!..we were in tears of joy. We were told he wouldnt wake up!..he fully recovered!..god works miracles..❤

I lost my wife of 22 years, at only 51, to this in Feb '23. I woke up because she was snoring (which she never did). She was already gone. She was in great shape. She was complaining about a headache before we went to bed but just thought she was dehydrated. Who goes to the hospital for a headache?
This is not the life I expected, but I had the love of my life for 25+ years.

That wasn't snoring. That was agonal breathing. My grandmother did that and I thought she was asleep and snoring, which she did occasionally. Went back in to check on her a little later and she was gone. Sorry for your loss.

My Mom called me frantic on 7/11/2000 saying that she thought my Dad was having a Heart attack, this wasn't the case.He had an Aneurism, He woke up clutching his head vomiting and paramedics were called, he got himself on the stretcher and on the way another burst, which is the one that killed him. He had 3 total and 2 burst. Dr's did the test to see brain activity, there was none. I called all my Siblings in 4 different States as we had Dad on life support. We were all together by 7pm that evening, all 8 of us. We all agreed on Organ donation , my Dad was 65 but healthy as a Horse. When it came time after he was Blessed by our Minister and we said our Goodbyes. The Hospital called me and said he was no longer a candidate because he gasped when taken off life support. So they put him back on life support. I will never understand that to this day. So my Sister and Best Friend went and held my Dads hands as he passed. The most Beautiful and incredibly sad day of my life. Almost 25yrs later, I miss my Dad, my Angel. ❤

It was spiritual and beautiful but still the saddest day of my life (up to this point that is). I still miss him every day. I don’t think it matters how much time passes? When you are having the worst headache of your life, you need to be seen immediately. My middle school teacher died from a brain bleed. He told the staff in the teacher's lounge he had the worst headache he's ever had. Sadly, he died that evening. I am an RN and have heard many a story from my stroke patients about what they experienced prior. One lady said it she felt a pop and it sounded like a water faucet turned on in her head. She was out driving with her husband and told him to take her to the ER immediately. She had surgery and lucky to survive. We have to pay attention to random symptoms and those out of the ordinary.

My sister, April 2023, on a Wednesday she woke up from a nap and she said she had the worst headache of her life. She went to stat care, they wrote it off as tension headache. Next day, not any better (she was on Vacation from work so she laid around to try to feel better). Friday, I slept a lot of the day because my sleeping habits are awful.
I went to check on her and didn't see her in her room. Called her name, nothing. Left the room and called our mom to see if she was with her. No. Okay wtf where is she. I go back to her room. Say her name again. Her arm sticks up from the other side of her bed "over here"
I asked what she was doing laying on the floor. "I fell" I asked if she needed help getting up "yes" I take her right arm and pull her up and tell her to give me her other hand. She doesn't. I say it again. She doesn't. I say it one more time "give me your friggin hand please" then she said what I feared "I can't move my arm" I immediately said "look at my face and smile right now" only half of her face worked. I tell her I'm gonna lay her back down gently and I'll be right back I promise.
Left the room called 911 (the station where the ambulances are is literally 200 feet from our house) called mom, went back in her room. She heard the sirens. "Are those for me?" Me with the somehow calmest demeanor "Yeah, so don't worry about it, but how long you been down there?" I never did find out how long she was there.
But it's been over a year now. She's on disability now, a barely liveable amount that they scrutinize your spending for. and she can still barely use her left side at all, she's miserable, who wouldn't be, but she's letting it beat her, she's letting it win. It's awful. I harbour a lot of guilt about it since I was here all day too but was asleep then figured she was resting. So I feel responsible for the amount of time she spent immediately post stroke. I understand that immediate action needs to be taken. How crucial that is. And I contributed to how long she was without medical attention.
Anyway.. I guess I just was wanting to relate. Not necessarily dump my issues here, but it is nice to get that out

I truly hope this man recovered well. 9½ years ago my son started getting the worst ever migraines. The hospital failed him after all the times he went to E.R, no brain scan, nothing, just kept putting him on a drip, telling him he was dehydrated. 6 weeks later, he moved home cos he lost his job from not being able to work, died that very night from a brain hemorrhage. I don't understand how this happens so often. My sister went to stat care last year when she had what she called the worst headache in her entire life. They didn't do much of anything really and said she had a tension headache.
Two days later I found her on her floor, suffered a massive stroke. She can't use her left side, it's completely devastated her. A couple weeks after my sister's stroke another family friend experienced almost the same treatment. But didn't survive.
How just HOW do I keep seeing things like this? "Oh if it's a stroke you think, gotta be FAST get immediate attention" only to be written off "nah it's a tension headache" or some other bs
      This is horrible

The same thing happened to my son. At the age of 27, he started complaining of dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue , nausea, left shoulder pain, etc.. He went to the ER and Urgent care so many times. Unfortunately, it was during the height of the pandemic, so he could not get a primary care doctor to send him to any specialist. January, the ER diagnosed him with Virtigo, which is debilitating in itself. Unfortunately, they were wrong. In February, he passed away from his heart giving out. He had been suffering for an entire year, and its sickening to think that, because he was young, nobody took his symptoms seriously. Sorry for your tragic loss momma. The pain is so overwhelming, and it makes you feel like a part of you dies along with your child.

My mom passed away from a brain aneurysm.😢.she was 48 years old...she did have symptoms for weeks actually (they try to say you don't get symptoms until it ruptures) she had what she called and ice pick headache off and on and she thought she was having sinus symptoms . She was very tired also. What made her go into the ER was double vision and dizziness which led to a CT scan and finding a large cerebral aneurysm. She was still ok and coherent at the ER until they sent her home, she went to sleep.. when she woke up her eye wouldn't open and she had stroke symptoms ...had to call an ambulance for her and she went downhill from there in the hospital ...my sweet mother unfortunately passed away within 2 weeks after finding her brain aneurysm. My husband had ruptured aneurysm last year, it happened while he was on conference call at home, his coworker heard him having difficulty breathing and called 911. I was actually at home on my team meeting in another room, I didn’t know until the EMS knocked on our door and I thought it must be a mistake cause we didn't call 911! My husband ended up 4 weeks in ICU followed by two months at the stand down unit, then 7 months in a rehab/nursing home, he came home last Nov I’m his full time caregiver now. He has aphasia and cognitive impairment due to the brain damage ( I suspect it partially caused by his clipping procedure, I read the notes, they failed to deploy devices twice) , he is lucky to be alive and getting better but still requires total care.

I'm so used to me and so many people I know to get sudden and intense debilitating migraines with blurred vision, puking, stabbing eye pain, etc. That I think nothing of it. Now I'm not so sure what to do ... I'm so glad his partner recognized something was wrong. I wish I could actually here their story with this footage, telling us precisely what happened when.

It has happened to me before. The hospital gave me Tylenol and left the room for over an hour and a half while I cried in the bed. I finally just walked out of the ER and went home. Threw up all over myself in the car. This went on til the next day. Fortunately I was ok, but the hospital literally did nothing. No tests. Nothing. Oh and my BP was 219/123 and I've had one previous TIA. The doctor never even came in, just the rude nurse. Hospitals don't care until you're so bad off that doing nothing will likely kill you.

My mom heard him and quickly called me. I told her to call an ambulance asap. When the paramedics got there, he was able to speak and answer questions. Once he was in route to the hospital, he was unresponsive. By the time he got to the hospital, he had a severe bleed in his brain stem. He stayed alive for 4 days before peacefully dying. I don’t know what this feels like, but I can say that I have immediate pain throughout my body all the time. When bones go out of place and start pinching nerves, neck goes out and pinches, neuropathy from standing more than 4 minutes, sudden migraines,
Most pain comes on pretty fast, where I need to relieve the pain very quickly such as sitting. I’m not too proud to sit on the ground in public due to the excruciating pain, nor do I really have the option not to. Pain is so normal that it would be odd to go to ER for it. I’m awake right now in excruciating pain with my legs burning so I can’t sleep. Lately my throat/ esophagus is closing in on me and now every time I swallow pills I get stabbing pains that I have to eat bread to help the pills go down. I also stretch my skin in my chest to try to open up the throat and move the pills down. It’s not choking it’s like being stabbed, but a choking sensation because you have no control of it being in your throat stuck stabbing you intensely. It lasts for about a minute.

There is perhaps a time to be stoic and there are times when one should NOT be stoic. Many years ago I had the worse pain I have ever experienced in my life. The pain was in my abdomen and I was sweating profusely. I went to bed and told my husband that if I didn't feel better in the morning I would call my doctor. He flatly vetoed that. He said, "We have good insurance and there is NO reason for you not to go be checked out right now." He drove me to the emergency room at about 8:00 p.m. and at midnight I was in surgery for a "hot" appendix. The surgeon told me that just as they cut into me, my appendix ruptured. If I had followed my plan to go to sleep and call my doctor the next morning, I'm not sure I would be here right now. I am extremely grateful to my husband for insisting that I be seen that evening. It is very difficult to watch this man be in such pain. I'm assuming that because this video is on UA-cam that this had a good outcome but it still hurts to watch him suffer so much.

I get migraines too and I could empathise with the pain he seemed to be experiencing around 7:40 - it’s kind of like you can no longer tell which way is up, which way is down, what happened 5 seconds ago or what’s supposed to happen next. You just take each second as it comes. Simple questions like, “what day of the week is it?” become very difficult to answer unless absolutely necessary. Almost your entire consciousness is consumed with the sensation of pain, and what “thinking space” is left is spent focusing on breathing, not yelling/moaning/wincing/screaming/tensing up/crying (because any of these will often make a migraine worse), not passing out and not vomiting. That’s it.
I can imagine experiencing pain like that quite suddenly like this guy did would be really terrifying 😕

@@a.7889-v8fI've never heard anyone describe this level of intensity so well, once the migraine hits and intensifies all I can do is lie down and not move, even breathing has to be regular and shallow with no pause between inhaling and exhaling, pausing enough to swallow increases the pain so I have to lie just sideways enough so I can drool on the pillow, can't move, can't speak, can't cry, can't even moan without the pain increase from the pressure bringing on more vomiting and then it's even worse. Just have to lie like that for hours or a day or sometimes more, dreading having to get up at any point, and there's no sleeping until it backs off enough for the breathing change not to worsen it again.
I've had them since early childhood, once or several times a week. I can't even imagine a worse pain, it'd have to be at the point of passing out. I feel for anyone who gets headaches, migraines or things like this video or anything that cause such pain, it's such torture, just horrific

I was looking for a comment like this one. I am 36 and having severe migraines like yours that have put me in the ER. One was this February… the worst I have EVER had, I thought something very bad was happening… relieved when the brain scan came back clear. The cocktail they give me at least takes the edge off and a nice nap but usually I’m left with a pretty bad headache still. Sometimes my migraines last 3 days 🥺 it’s just nothing I wish on anyone. I don’t know if I would be able to tell the difference either, when my head feels like it’s in an ever tightening vise, and someone is driving railway spikes into my eyeballs! So scary, glad he got to the hospital and seems to be okay.

Happened to my mother in front of me in September 2021. I wasn't even supposed to be there, but had stopped by unannounced because I needed something. Sudden intense pain in her head, neck and shoulders, sweating and vomiting. Fortunately, I was aware of the symptoms and suspected what was happening right away, because of a friends daughter who suffered an AVM bleed back in the 90's. We nearly lost her. It was so close the hospital suggested and arrainged a group zoom call (during covid) for the family to say goodbye, but thankfully she held on. She spent 4 wks in the hospital, the first 2 in ICU, 6 wks in a nursing and rehab facility, followed by 12 wks of a home nurse visiting 3x a wk, and both physical and occupational therapy coming twice a wk.

I was a paramedic for 10 years and have had a few patients with brain bleeds. One was a middle age woman in the break room at Walmart where she worked. Her coworkers said she complained of a headache and was going to take something for it. When we arrived she was unresponsive with snoring respirations and her blood pressure was a whopping 300/ 1 hundred and something. It was several years ago. We gave her a nitroglycerin to try to lower the pressure and sedated her and intubated her. The bleed was massive and she died.
Another younger male who spoke only Spanish and none of us did was on a 3 day drinking binge. He started vomiting what looks like coffee grounds which is the hallmark for a GI bleed. I expected his blood pressure to be very low but it was normal and rising. He then looked at my partner seated behind him and my gut knew what was going on. He was a major alcoholic which can cause GI bleeds and brain bleeds and that’s what happened. He had both and the brain bleed was un survivable. I saw him when I went to work at the hospital as a respiratory therapist since I worked both jobs. He was on a morphine drip. He died alone. No family.
That’s 2 of a few brain bleeds I’ve seen. If you have the worst headache of your life that presents differently than other headaches go immediately to the ER. Once it gets too big it will always win!

      What causes an aneurysm/brain bleed?

    • @debrakleid5752
      @debrakleid5752 24 дні тому +2

@@Itzguzman genetics can be one as well as being a heavy drinker. Age can be another as well as being on blood thinners. That’s how the drinker I had when I was a medic had a GI bleed and a brain bleed. The only time I’ve seen both at the same time. The wall of the blood vessel gets thin and thinner until it pops. When you have an aneurysm you can’t take any medications with blood thinners in it such as aspirin unless it’s a very small one. They don’t due surgery until it’s of a certain size. My mom has a small one in her brain that they found last year but not big enough for surgery. A brain bleed will be the worst headache of your life.
I get migraines but I had an epidural in my neck due to severe neck and back pain and I ended up with leak in the spinal fluid and the second I sat up I had the worst headache I’ve ever had and if it can be worse than that I can’t even imagine it.

I had a brain aneurysm rupture Mothers day 2020. Didn't realize I had been having small bleeds for awhile. Which looked like what this man was going through. When it finally ruptured it was violent. It felt like I'd been shot in the back of the head and it came out the forehead. 8t was instant screaming blood murder. It had been out at a Mothers day celebration. I had just gotten behind the wheel to drive home when it happened. My fam finally was able to get me in the passenger seat. When got to the hospital, the pain had eased a little bit, so I said take me home so I could at least bathe off, cause we had been out all day. Big mistake. As soon as getting home and getting in the tub I started bleeding out the nose an mouth, then started stroking out. The things you see while dieing that way are to horrifing to even put here. My daughter and ex got me out the tub and put me on the couch. I was able to get out call 911 im dieing and get me my Bible, then died. I woke up 3weeks later 6hours away from home. I had been in a coma on full life support. Again the things I saw while in that coma were to horrifying to put here on YT. What I can say is get right with GOD, daily. I went both to heaven then straight to hell. Where I was at for most of those 3 weeks. No one was allowed to be with me because of the pandemic. I could barely walk or talk. I was told only one person could come see me for 10mins once aweek. So i very first visit i made my family come get me and bring me back home. No one should ever have to be in that state alone. Under no circumstances. None. So i say to anyone reading this, if the powers that be ever pull another pandemic please fight for your loved ones. So many had to suffer and die alone and it never had to be that way. Nor should it have been that way. And know when we leave here we are going somewhere else. Where depends on where you have prepared to go. May GOD ALMIGHTY bless and keep you all. Call out to him daily. I was only allowed to leave the hell I was in, when I cried out to HIM. YEASHUA or JESUS, when I did say HIS name I was no longer allowed in hell. Praise HIS name and talk to HIM daily. HE is your Savior.

I developed an excruciatingly painful headache after I was hit head-on with another football player at a game. I couldn't sit, couldn't lay down, stand up, nothing. The pain was terrible. My Mom took me to our chiropractor, thinking I might need an adjustment. He took one look at me and told her to rush me to the ER! They did surgery and were able to take care of it. A woman I worked with had been having terrible migraine type headaches for a week and some coworkers kept telling her to go to the hospital. She came to work one morning and said she still had a headache, but it wasn’t as bad as it had been. At 9:30am , one of our quality control inspectors was walking by her work station and didn’t see her so she walked around to the other side of her station and she was lying in the floor, eyes open, and no pulse. They started CPR and waited for EMT’s, but they were never able to get her back. Debbie died at age 27. That was a long time ago and I don’t think her fiancee ever did marry anyone as far as I know. Another woman who worked directly beside me, at the same place, was diagnosed with two Aneurysms. Every time she would get a headache she would start crying and I would start praying. I was only 20 at the time and I would have freaked out if she would have fallen over. She’s still going and is elderly now. So, she’s lived with them for well over 30 years. Lastly, my father-in-law had to have surgery for an aortic aneurysm.
This man is so very lucky to be alive. Every time I suffer from a migraine and go to the ER, they immediately send me for a CT scan before giving me anything for pain. By the grace of God I’ve not had one in almost 18 months.
At any rate, I am so very thankful his wife was home to help him because otherwise we may have been watching a very different story. Prayers for a full recovery and may he and his family receive many more years of happiness and love❤

Wonderful that you don't get migraines anymore. Did that happen by itself or from some kind of treatment? I know someone who gets migraines (hereditary) and who is sometimes able to alleviate the pain. Often not though.

My dad had one a few yrs ago. He went to toilet, got confused and weak, disoriented, laid on bed. He started saying my moms name. Mom could barely hear anything and it had been a while. She found him, he had deficated in his pants, and was not able to speak much. Slurred heavily. His walking afterwards was very odd. Listing to one side, weak but silly, he would crack up while walking. Took 2 of us to assist him around. He got better in about a week. In hospital for a couple days.

One time I had a headache so bad I went to the hospital, they checked me in to a room and told me a nurse would come in to examine me. I laid there and waited so long that I fell asleep and slept all night and no one ever came in at all. When I woke up I went to the desk and told them they better not send me a bill. Thank God it was just a plain migraine.

I know excactly what the neck and head pain feels like . December 2022 i put up with it for 7 days straight . First 3 of those days i was on a remote worksite , before flying home . 4 days at home and at my second ER visit demanding a CT scan was done . Did they find out that i had an aneurysm. Was flown from my home town to the city 2 hrs later ( Christmas day ) for immediate surgery . Surgeons telling my i should have been in convulsions , paralyzed, or dead . I told them i just needed a chiropractor to crack my neck . 2 surgeries later 2 and a half weeks in hospital. 3 months off work . I count my lucky stars . And a side note thank god im in Australia and did not have to pay 1 cent for any of the medical care .

I had a very small hemorrhagic stroke many years ago. The pain was brief, but felt like someone cut my head in half with a hatchet. The white of my right eye was completely red the next day, but it healed and hasn't happened again. Yet.

I woke up from an induced coma after 3-weeks in the hospital due to multiple brain bleeds that suddenly hit me at work on day. They contemplated opening the skull due to extremely hign blood pressure but multiple drill holes managed to get the pressure down. Healthy and strong going in and 50+ pounds lighter going home months later. I had a good amount of lean muscle mass lost from that. 5 years later and I am healthy but due to vertigo when training I never did get my strength back to 100% Hope everything goes your way from now on.

If you ever have a sudden onset headache that is the worst headache you've ever had call 911 immediately. In many cases vomiting ensues and your vision may become impaired but if you can get emergency medical treatment as fast as possible then surgery can hopefully tie off the leaking blood vessel and save your life. The fact that you are still alive after such a headache is a good indicator you have a leak and not a rupture. Statistics show that a sudden rupture is usually fatal so this guy was lucky that he had a leak as opposed to a rupture.

Happened to my friend. Strong, healthy, active young man. Was standing in my door way, and he just checked out in one breath. He made a painful wince and collapsed. Then nothing. He was gone when the ambulance arrived hardly 5min later. Literally collapsed in the blink of an eye. No warning.
