LOL, same with us, I already have such a huge sample library it's hard to justify a monthly cost to get more.
MobileMusicPro yep. And so many dope free (not necessarily royalty free...but free lol) sample libraries come out every day it seems. 😳🙏🏾
I can’t see all of my downloads In the app, only the recents. Anyone know a way around this wihout needing a desktop?
I think there's a bug there, you may have to close and re-open the app.
Been using splice changed my whole production over the years 4 years now I am artist as well prod my own music n shoot my own music Vidoes now

Yah iOS has changed a bit since this video, you can always long tap on the file as well and tap share.
How do you search by bpm in splice for samples (iPhone)
I believe you can sort by bpm, but as far as searching I think the only thing you can do is type in the bpm in the main search. The iOS version is still limited compared to the desktop version.

Could you change the key and tempo of the sample on GarageBand?????
I believe so but I'm not sure how to do it in GB only in Cubasis.

@@504mike Nothing to do with apple, likely to do with the developer, but seriously 2012 is considered an older device.
I have run into an issue where I download a sample but it doesnt bring the full sample in. I end up having to download the same sample from my account several times before the full track shows up....... anybody else experienced this. I am using a ipad pro 2020 version.
Interesting, I've now downloaded several samples since the video and never had this issue. If I were you I'd contact support and let them know about this problem.
@@MobileMusicPro you are downloading them straight to the ipad right? I will check all of the updates and make sure I am current. It's been a couple of months since I tried it last.
@@BgWhyte That's correct, using the splice app to download straight to the ipad files app, I then navigate to the Splice app folder in my ipad and they are all in the samples folder.
How do I share my subscription and share my photos and videos on multiple devices. If I start a project on my iPhone it doesn’t let me continue on my iPad. Hmm 🤔
That's correct, currently there's no way to 'link' or 'share' any apps together across devices. You can share files of course but that's it. The reason for this is because it takes a great deal of engineering to link an app across many devices so most apps just simply support multiple devices but have no way of sharing projects in real time.

I hate that you cannot hear the example ( preview ) track on each pack like I can on my mac
You can certainly audition individual tracks, not sure what you mean by previewing an entire pack.
MobileMusicPro on the main site, almost every sample pack has a sample track with a play button on the thumbnail for the whole pack. Or, once you open the pack, there is a sample track play button up top. But on the iOS version, I can only play individual samples. Not the sample track

You can certainly use this app to download wav files that you can import into Garageband yes :)
How do u bpm change ????????
If you're referring how to change the bpm of a splice loop then in cubasis 3 you would use the time stretch tool at the top of the screen to stretch the audio to fit on the grid.
My files app is not downloading. It keeps loading. What can I do?
If you're talking about the native built in files app you may need to restart the ipad.

are there any free alternatives to splice
not that I'm aware of, however there is just so many sample free packs out there that there really doesn't need to be, couple places I can recommend is cymatics, echo works sounds, electronisounds and of course we're always releasing free sample packs :)

hi i just cant download the sample i want on the app! there is no ‘download’ symbol on the right of the sample. There is just ‘3 dots’ and when i click that there is no word ‘download’ plzzzzz helpp🤲🏻

Splice is coo but...you ever get that “missing assets” message? Where it just wipes all you been working on the last cpl days? Frustrating for real

Good video, but your intros are too long.
Indeed our videos do kind of have long/medium intros and outros because that's the only thing that carries over from video to video, the intros/outros are more for novice users and fans of the channel, which is why we make sure to always have timestamps so casual users can skip to the section they want to watch the most right away.
