- I visit West Midlands Police in West Bromwich , the force are in special measures. So we go and check out the station from above.
We are then told me look like a terrorist.

Driving a car while using a mobile phone is a motoring offence that carries a fixed penalty of 6 points and a £200 fine. I will just have to report that offence using this video as evidence .
Police have magic powers and never get done for doing this !

I was going to mention this myself, are you definately going to report this? She needs to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, absolute disgusting behaviour for a serving officer to drive whilst using a mobile phone, clear as day evidence. Please can you keep everyone up to date as to how things progress?

And 4 driving with no seatbelt

You can tell that at the end she was informed he was simply engaging in lawful activity, so she had to try to regain her ego with her 'advice'.

If you are going to report her first you need to find out why she wouldn't identify herself, if they say it's because she was off duty then she has no "get out" for using her mobile whilst driving.

Yet another example of the lowering of standards and professionalism of our police force, low education, poor communication skills. How on earth do some of these qualify to become a police officer?
The criteria for joining the police isn’t very high. Consider the low pay, the unsociable shift work and even things like the 30 year service to get a pension is long gone, so you not surprisingly you won’t always attract the brightest applicants.

Im always hopeful that any first interaction with a Police Officer can at least start with some degree of respect and common courtesy. Considering that they are only enquiring and its not like you are in the middle of commiting a crime?
