It just show that all these places have cr** security in the first place. Who's going to stand in full view with a camera if they are trying to rob the place ?.
That guy changed his tune, which is exactly how it should be. I mean, a little bit on the aggressive side at the start, but guessing they've had a lot of security issues so it's understandable. Love how the contractor has commented on this video too. Always great when people just engage in a nice and professional manner. Perfectly handled. Good job DJ.
I think it also helps the way that DJ does his audits . Never normally aggressive and remains polite and respectful , but also his knowledge of the pertinent laws helps too and he is ALWAYS willing to educate people who dont know the aviation laws regarding drones . Sadly some dont listen or want to listen . The only time I have seen DJ raise his voice or get a bit aggressive was in response to the bloke on the fork lift truck at Bargain Booze at Crew and that was in self defence . As an aside I looked at Google Maps and that warehouse was derelict and may have been demolished by now .
The guy was alright in the end so he came across well. You have to put yourself in shoe shoes of others and I think most of us would be wary of someone filming if you've been broken into multiple times before.
Yeh I think given the shit that happens nowadays, it is important to be vigilant & atleast enquire. My issue comes from the fact that DJ is more than polite & forthcoming than any other auditor I’ve seen & people just treat him like crap, unfairly IMO
All was good in the end .but security is top priority .young girl was a blast she was a big fan giggling away And boss man turned out to be a good so well done to him
Another fine example of the idiots representing companies up and down this land. No introduction, no id tags, barking orders, demanding names, instructing you to clear off. How unprofessional and it's no wonder so many places close down with goons like that in charge as they must surely treat their customers in the same way. The blonde lady eventually saved the day
He’s not an idiot David. He had a genuine concern & is responsible for the welfare of the staff & building. The guy doesn’t use social media, so understandably won’t have heard about these types of videos. Came across as a decent bloke to me but yes, Imogen probably did help save the day, I thought she was adorable.
Of course that's a matter of opinion Cassi. Whether he watches UA-cam or not he should have had more manners when approaching the public carrying out lawful business and could have shone a huge positive spotlight on his company, he made statements and then turned them into questions when counter questioned by DJ, he had no ID and just came over as totally unprofessional. Wouldn't announce who he was and told the auditor to clear off from public land. Anyway, you are right, she was adorable and should front the company on these occasions.
He's a decent fella plus he has concern for security, when a drone is showing stock outside, it's easy access to view online for any opportunist and with it being attempted in the last 2 weeks, even more so, people just don't see the bigger picture, instead just want drama so they can comment, there's always a soap drama on tv..
Once he realised the interaction had been recorded he started to think about what he had said. Then came to the realisation that the footage is going on social media. The backtracking begins. Then slowly he becomes cooperative. By the end he almost apologises, starts repeating himself and even manages a little chuckle. A handshake to finish off and a final recognition from a fan. Brilliant.
I would be really fascinated by a deep psychological study, based around the subject of Auditing/public photography and laws. That's what I was thinking. Of course, there are break ins, but it's such a convenient excuse for them to use when under a bit of pressure. But...just like others have said, do they really think a thief will stand at the gate in the middle of the day and do some drone flying??? I understand people coming out to ask questions, but it's their methods, I question. Most of the time, they are so bloody miserable, faces contorted and storm clouds in their brains. People need to lighten up a lot.
I'm sure they do, but theres not much you can't see on Google Earth/maps etc. If a company has a fence, cameras and a guard in most places, that is about all that can be done. Thieves will try anything. I loathe thieves to high heaven, but I also love the public having clear rights to public property and airspace. There is no complete answer for everything. It's always a balancing act between rights and security. Private property is really the answer, security measures and a police response with laws to prosecute. Never perfect, but reasonable. @@shaka7594
He was ok at the end, think he realised he met a celebrity at the end. (rightly or wrongly) He was genuinely looking after the security of his workplace.

@@shaka7594
Good on him he got it in the end & made em look good, once the dragon disappeared it all calmed down 😂
Blimey Big Karen looks handy
Another great video DJ and your popularity is increasing, you’ll have to audit the company that makes the key ring’s.
He was a good man in the end,we learn something everyday.
Got off at a bad start but turned out good at the end, good video DJ
Once his employee..or daughter...came out he started to calm down...realized you werent just feeding him a line.
His bit on side
Another brilliantly educational video and DJ is famous 😂 Well played and well resolved.
When Imogen came out he had an 'oh bugger' moment
Ian is a lucky man!
Brilliant. Loads of great interactions with viewers. Bet you were buzzing from that.
Now we know Ian is always on youtube, ignoring the mrs.🎉
Its nice to see that you were respectful, after being told to clear off. your a good man DJ. KEEP IT UP
Fair play to him, not many people turn it around like that……..although the DJ Fan Club meeting there must have helped!!! 😂
Since when are Google an ‘official body’? I thought they were a private company.
When you are open and honest!❤
I thought that young lass that came out was Denise from the Royal Family sitcom when she spoke, cracked me up.
Awesome that lass in the video and the lads in the van spot on and even the company guy just doing his job
finished better than it started...van guys are ok and Ian...
Always nice to see the audits that "warms up" and ends on a good note ! Great Work as always Sir
Hi to hubby and dad of the young lady that came out 👍🏻
Oh! That was so nice! DJ is the auditor with the most charisma. Brilliant work, thank you!!
What a lovely bubbly girl.
Love this video. And the lass at the end topped it🎉
He was ok at the end, think he realised he met a celebrity at the end.
(rightly or wrongly) He was genuinely looking after the security of his workplace.
I really liked this one! It's great to see people being security conscious and then accepting the facts when told, understanding what's going on and then even sticking around to give you more information. All of the people (except the grumpy woman at the start) turned out to be understanding of your activity, and the boss man even took the opportunity to turn it into a learning moment.
Fantastic video DJ, keep up the awesome work!
That woman just threw her cigarette blatantly into the road, why didn't you pull her about it??
Tbf, she did throw that cig like a pro, (not tryna justify her littering but still 🤣)
The throw was great. Something to be admired. The way she swings her arms in such a natural flow is a sign of a pro. We must nurture talent like her. Gold medalist in the making
They always say they've had break-ins but when you check online at the recorded crime stats for their area then it turns out they are lying most of the time.
Or the crime isn’t properly recorded by the police
Or there was no crime but an attempted crime
Or they did not report it
@@paulharrison2325Or there wasn't one in the first place and he is making it up.
@@PINACI yes, but you can’t assume that automatically given the other possible scenarios.
@@paulharrison2325I just checked the reported crime stats for this area over the past 6 months and there's nothing apart from a couple of reported sex offences near the area. I bet if I was to keep going back that there are no reported crimes by or at this building.
I thought that guy was pretty legit, we often forget to look at it from their side, he clearly said he didn't know the rules surrounding photography, and with the current climate of theft, and those pipes also look like heavy cable full of copper, handled it well
@@shaka7594 Or the "thieves" can just look it up on Google maps? You do know that company theft is mostly done on the inside or with inside knowledge? I used to work for a company that "lost" three whole articulated trucks of beef filet. The transport manager did time for that.
That lass at the end was amazing . . . . . what a bubbly personality !
They are used to gobbling off to people under their control
when they come out they are lost
They need to get out more perhaps a. Visit to the next village
Good job bringing the fella around. Top fella at the end of the day. Cool stuff.
🤣 Jordan's timing at the end there was impeccable!! I love it when the stars align in DJs videos and the fans just prove a point and DJ himself doesn't have to say a word. In this instance though... "Do YOU want a keyring? They're quite popular...." Was chefs kiss! 🤣🤣
That’s a very clean yard, And it seems they are very organised in this business. Well done.
As soon as you got him talking shop he was in his element. Nice one both of you
