If you’re interested in prepping/survival, it is worth your time to consider CBRN/hazmat issues and solutions. You can not only protect yourself from them but would be able to use gas, etc. in a survival situation yourself.
It is also important to work on your physical health and to get in better shape you do not want to be struggling against your own body when you need to act and act fast
Not really an issue, if - you know your equipment, practice with your equipment, and know what it can and can’t do. For example, ordinary gas masks do not supply oxygen, and are not safe in areas where say a heavy gas has displaced and lowered the oxygen content in a confined space.
This is a much needed product to own by anyone that wants a chance at surviving

Definitely true. Something I could be better at myself. Good fitness/health, and knowledge and practice with the equipment is important.

Like a lot of suits it is okay for vapors or a light splash of liquids, but not prolonged exposure, or being doused in chemicals.
