When you did the backwards table top (don't know what its called). My butt is either to big or my arms are to short to pull myself though...and ouch that all hurts but can't wait to build muscle. Thank you for this gift.

I always love that you have so many short videos so that I can mix and match a few of them. This way I have the perfect workout for my mood and tolerance level each day. I find it much better than committing to one long video. I always start with one small video convinced that that is all I can commit to, but once im done and my blood is pumping I end up doing 1 or 2 more :) Anyways, its good to be back with you Nicole for another summer!

I am a college student and have been working out to your videos for about two months now. After society was shut down due to the pandemic, my body started to build up tension from sitting in a char for hours. I tried walking for an hour a day, that didn't help. I tried walking and doing HIIT to see if that would relieve the tension, and it did but not dramatically and then one of your pilates videos were suggested on UA-cam so I tried it out. After about 3 days of work outs my back pain finally went away. Thank you for being my body's saving grace. Love you and love your videos.

After having Covid 2 months ago, my lungs are still struggling to do the normal cardio activities I'm used to (even climbing stairs!). Nicole's workouts have been such a saving grace for me as I'm re-training my lungs to accommodate movement again. I love the shorter classes and that I can focus on strength and flexibility without feeling too winded! Much appreciated 💓

I love your workout routines, but often have to skip plank, downward dog and other exercises which require wrists to support my body due to rsi. Is there a good substitute exercise I could do instead?

I only cried a little bit... lol. Thank you very much for this work out! I don't know if I'm alone in this, but I don't think I'm capable of swinging my butt through my arms like you did towards the end. I was finally able to do it by putting my hands in fists to add some length to my arms.

Hi, how is it possible to tone without equipment - are you using your own body weight against itself? I don't have equipment, and cannot afford the gym at the moment. My arms look very different than they did 2 years ago. My upper arms are a bit flabby and now my elbows have wrinkles. I'm only 30 :( I have no muscle tone anywhere on my body and wonder if I can eat better generally and exercise if this will all go away. It's more noticeable when I leave my arms loose at the sides - maybe gravity is pulling down the fat at the top of my arms and creating folds at my elbows? I'm very slim as well, UK Size 6-8 but this is making me very upset and I hope that I can make it disappear or almost disappear with better eating and these kinds of exercises.

i have never had ANY arm strength at all, i never worked out, especially the last few years due to an arm injury. i'm really loving this workout even tho it's SO hard for me. after a week or two i noticed small things are easier to do like closing my umbrella!!! it may be a small thing but it's a huge win for me :) definitely will keep doing this & other classes of yours!!!

I saw it was 10 min and thought “Awesome, I’ll just do it twice” nope, this killed my arms
Normally, I avoid beginner workouts, but I love Nicole's classes, so I added light ankle and wrist weights and it was very challenging! I'm now adding all of them to my que!!

Hi Nicole, I always enjoy your WO, thank you for that. Also want to ask you, I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome, and I try to not to put so much pressure on my wrists, at the end of this WO, I keep my fists close and wrist straight to put less pressure on them. Is there any other suggestions you might have for me? For future reference…. Thank you 😊
