That was taped long time again at 3ABN. Then, I didn't think it was needed the water in the cookie sheet before baking, but sometimes, it came out little browner in the bottom without water, so you may add 2 cups of water to make the vegan Bologne more tender and juicy. Thank you and God bless you!

I was wondering if you don't have a smoker could you get a smokey flavor by adding a little liquid smoke to the mixture before cooking?
