Ingredients
Oil
Corn Tortillas
1- 16. Oz firm Tofu
1 Poblano pepper
1 Tomato
1/2 white or yellow onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
Cilantro to taste
3 Tbsp AP Flour
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp veggie bouillon
Salt to taste
Mayo (Optional)
Toppings- Chopped lettuce, avocado, hot sauce (Tapatio)
Vegan cotija cheese
1/4 cup cashews
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
