I bought a new to me 2005 Chevy Tahoe and I love it. But, I can't fill it with gas in a timely manner. So, I decided to hop on the struggle bus and try to fix the issue myself by changing out the evaporative charcoal canister and the vapor canister. Not my greatest idea. Will I get it fixed? Vent control solenoid follow black hose that has been relocated up by your transmission (transfer case if you had one)

Its probably an EVAP purge valve and actuator. Run the codes. It can come back as a clogged catalytic converter as well. Good luck at least its not a Ford😁

you need to clean all the pipes till the engine cus they are fill with tiny coals

The internet also shows you how to test things to confirm it's the issue before you go throwing parts and hope at it. Why didn't you have them pull the codes while you were at the parts store?
