Hey do you have any advice for modifying star for wrists? I'm still working on building stability in one wrist that dislocates every time I look at it. The single arm stuff is difficult but I love it 😢
Yes! If you have a box, place the footbar down and put the box sideways over the spring well. You can do the whole series on your forearm facing to the side this way. Hope that helps!
