Why can't you get the panoramic sun roof with the second row third seat?

On the second row seat you don't need to fold the seat back first just pull the black strap on the back and it folds the headrest and seat back in one motion as you are stowing the second row seat and when folding the third row you don't have to manually fold the headrest when you press the stow button it automatically folds the headrest
