I agree with you in the Dart! I would have loved to order a Dart, but I got a ‘21 Jeep Cherokee instead. A RWD or AWD C-segment vehicle would be a good selling point! 🤔

This is an amazing tour, I like the long stretches of the ambient sounds of the plants, there are workers present but focused on the tasks. This takes me back decades to grade school when education was job "1", the great films, that's right, no video, shown in class were a great experience. It proved the value and importance of great principled cinema bringing to a classroom and the world, priceless information and knowledge. One film documentary that was predecessor to this video was "The Rouge", it told the story of the Ford River Rouge Complex, the oldest continuous operating auto production plant. It lacked, by design, any discernible dialog, just the ballet of industry expressed in technicolor pantomime, unforgettable.
I wish there was a preserved copy of "The Rouge", it would be great to share that with my children and their peers. The video copy on youtube is badly faded, missing portions and in need of restoration. Sadly, like so many thousands of short films, documentaries and popular cinema produced outside the Hollywood sphere, they are all probably gone, deteriorated into silver nitrate and celluloid dust, sad...

I've been working at a body shop for a bit now and extra tips I learned was if you're painting the door, it's better to take off the mirror and belt molding (the trim at the bottom of the window) for a better paint job in the end. The mirror can get in the way, and if you're unlucky, the clear coat could stick in that gap between the door and the belt molding.

I am surprised they aren't making the 5.21 liter 318 cui engines as a mid grade performance engine option for the types of vehicles, besides the Dodge Vipers. Maybe the manufactures will give a small black V8 option like 318 cui once again in a fuel injected version. Also if dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, and RAM add the transmission cooler line filter on the outside of the transmission it would make transmission fluid and filter changes easier even though the primary filter wouldn't be as easy to get to I think the secondary(cooler line filter ) is the one that needs change during service intervals more so than the primary (flat screen filter).

To the haters of these Asian vehicle plants, think about the jobs created, not only by the specific automotive manufacturers, but also the thousands of jobs produced through suppliers and vendor plants as well as the money injected into local economies that creates more jobs in other places like restaurants, grocery stores, housing, and a host of other industries. So, think before you condemn.
