I'm a bit late for this, but it isn't CGI, this guy built it all himself. His dad is actually extremely rich since he wrote a very famous musical, and this guy uses the money to do projects. He never actually played the game this anime girl is from, the reason he did this was cuz it got views on TikTok.

You know, when I noticed this video, I scoffed and thought I easily outdid this guy in his obsession. I'm a guy who is obsessed so much over a silly cartoon that not only did I rebrand all my socials to represent it and start making UA-cam videos about it, I also came up with two different sticker designs, leaflets, an animated poster for a store chain _and_ a Times Square billboard (if you're seeing this, it goes live 16th September between 1308 and 1311 EDT) plus stealth marketing tactics and established numerous fake emails so I could vote multiple times in a character popularity tournament so one of the characters from the show could win (she didn't, btw), started writing a fanfiction and learning how to wrangle AI and draw all for the slim chance it eventually leads it to be picked up by an animation studio so I can see more than just a 23 minute pilot within my lifetime.
Actually watching this video and seeing how utterly unhinged and deranged and clearly a menace to society this man is, I'm clearly an entirely perfectly sane and well adjusted member of society.

This guy is actually a genius. He’s taken his obsession with this anime character and turned it up to 11, making it into a spectacle which garners attention and generates money. And since his assets are essentially “a place of worship” as he’s tactfully put it, he can probably claim tax exemptions on it too. No doubt this guy is probably somewhat serious, but now that he has completely owned it, he’s turned it into his favor.
