He had just finished saying “woo, look at mommy- good job!” How did Lindsey know? She’s a mom with two of her own... She knows this is a family event for mama to do such a workout! Love it that we’re showing our kids that this is important. Yay mama!

Fantastic workout! I do the advanced moves and I didn't think I would make it thru...I did tap out on a couple of moves with THREE seconds to go but I powered thru! You are very motivating and that helps so much!!! My left glute is burning....Thank you once again...
I had trouble hugging my knees at the end because my legs were so sweaty! 🤣 That's the sign of a great workout! Oh, and I was able to do it all with my bad knee, even the lunges!
