    Holy bananas, pineapples, mangoes, everything!!! That was a tough one. I almost quit on that last power move, then my 4-year old walked in and gave me the motivation I needed to tough it out!!! Thanks, Lindsey!

      Agree! When she made that comment about “kids or husband in the room watching you, make them proud”- I turned and smiled at my hubby with both our kids. He had just finished saying “woo, look at mommy- good job!”
      How did Lindsey know? She’s a mom with two of her own... She knows this is a family event for mama to do such a workout! Love it that we’re showing our kids that this is important.
      Yay mama!

    I loved the first lower body workout and this was just as much fire if not more! Holy bananas! I hadn’t worked out in about a week and I was “hands on knees” during the first circuit! Super efficient and mobility focused. Thank you for sharing your love of fitness!! Let’s feel like noodles. Time to feed them with protein and hydrate!

    This is my go-to no equipment workout. My legs are ALWAYS incredibly sore the next day - even more than squatting with heavy heavy weight. Those jump squats add up!

    First time doing this one! Chose this workout because I'm on vacation without dumbbells! Wow! Intense! Totally loved it! Hurt to walk the next day. Thank you for the variety of content you provide. Will be doing other Zero30 workouts this week.

    wibble wobble my legs are jelly! did the other zero30 leg workout 2 days ago and woke up the next day with core DOMS and that is very rear for me! ❤❤❤ love it. I'm sure my quads will be tender tomorrow after that. you are truly incredible. superwoman being able to get through all those moves without failure. I definitely had to scale it down or take a few 3sec breaks during that.

    Fantastic workout! I do the advanced moves and I didn't think I would make it thru...I did tap out on a couple of moves with THREE seconds to go but I powered thru! You are very motivating and that helps so much!!! My left glute is burning....Thank you once again...

    I had trouble hugging my knees at the end because my legs were so sweaty! 🤣 That's the sign of a great workout! Oh, and I was able to do it all with my bad knee, even the lunges!
