Great little short story. I think people get bogged down with big plots sometimes and forget the simple joys of a ground level hero. Excellent as always 👍🏼
Playing ground level heroes is my favorite! When the stakes are more grounded, the focus is more in the heroes themselves. When the story is about epic calamity, it is the much bigger than anyone and the story becomes more about overcoming that problem rather than how the characters overcome themselves.
Speaking of, You're always talking about how much you love Mausritter. Now I'm old enough to have grown up on Redwall and Nimh, any chance you'll do a series?
Well I really like Blackoath's work and Alex's work overall (Alex is also a friend of the channel and can be seen in my comment section from time to time) I have not had time to read the rules yet so I can't yet say much about it. But people relly seem to like it so I have to give it a look!
