Park Beyond Review - The Final Verdict
Вставка
- Опубліковано 28 гру 2024
- Park Beyond doesn’t stretch the limits of what a theme park builder and management sim can be, and it doesn’t necessarily stand toe to toe with the best of the best the genre has had to offer over the years, but for those looking for a solid new offering to sink dozens of hours of their lives into, you can’t go wrong with Limbic Entertainment and Bandai Namco’s newest release.
From its solid fundamental gameplay ideas to the impressive degree of control it affords thanks to its suite of customization options to its delightful impossification mechanics, there’s plenty to enjoy in Park Beyond. Console players might have issues with the controls, and the game has a few technical deficiencies, but the overall package here is one that’s easy to recommend.
I wish it was like Thrillville off the rails one you can actually control the character talk to the people and walking the park you created ❤
I just wish that game had a sandbox mode
And this year's award for should not have been released at full price for an incomplete game goes to Park Beyond.... Help.
It seems like it's all about the flat rides, I'm sticking with Planet Coaster
Planet Coaster is waaaaaaaay too complex too even enjoy
Almost all of the Xbox live reviewed say this game is literally broken
iv seen more bugs in that than the amazon rain forrest! I'm struggling to see how this is any better than planet coaster.
Planet coaster is way better
Giv it a chance they game released like 3 days ago
@@Thelightning1outlol but they knew about all the bugs months ago from closed beta, and it even came out with new bugs on top of the reported ones and still the devs are not responding about any incoming patch.
Much better than RollerCoaster Tycoon World, way worse than Planet Coaster and Parkitect from what I get.
I take it that you hate all Rollercoaster games
@@jroc2k No, I don't. What makes you think that I do?
@@Highretrogamelord because you talk bad about all of them, except Park Beyond
@@Highretrogamelord my apologies for assuming
@@jroc2k Apologies accepted.
Sorry but it's just a poorman's Planet Coaster except it's actually more expensive.
Feel bad for the guy reading all these scripts. This was laughably cheese...hard pass
I couldn’t even make it through the tutorial bits when you’re chasing the paper airplane so I uninstalled it.
It’s not that bad once you get a hold of the controls. The most frustrating thing about the game is if your design specifically goes against the laws of physics in anyway, you will not be able to complete the coaster. Let alone go further in the mission. (which ironically seems to be the point of all the wacky cartoon stuff and “imposification”)
You can shoot yourself out of a canon off rails and unsafe as hell for guests, but if your track turns just a little too tight just a little too fast -
“Woah what are you crazy? You trying to kill our guests? Add more canons and gunpowder instead!”
So dumb and hypocritical to it’s own main selling point and design
Management games have always been cool to me. Especially management/builders. I'm the type to play The Sims for the sole purpose of building homes. Idk, it intrigues me. They also make for some of my absolute favorite channels to watch on YT. It's almost therapeutic.
Because of my interest, though, I always wanna keep an eye out for the newest games in the genre. I collect them. I own Parkitect and have only played it for 14 minutes. I own Planet Coaster and have never installed it. I play RCT Classic, Sims 4, Cities: Skylines... and the list goes on.
This one looks pretty interesting, and I may have to add it to the collection some day!
needs to run smoother I think, bit clunky feeling on xbsx
I’m gonna wait maybe a year till I buy this game. Just so they can clean up the issues many have spoken about
Can this game run on ANY computer?
Do u have to wait real world hours to build things
No you can speed up the pace.
Anyone remember Thrillville?
I love this game. I'm really hoping they release in on PS-VR2
What do u love about it?
The way this review is presented, it seemed like the reviewer has never played planet coaster
Nobody plays Planet Coaster, it's not a game. It's a design sandbox for UA-cam circlejerkers.
if you like rct3, you should try planet coaster, they are made by the same people
Looks a lot like rollercoaster, tycoon, three!!! Is it any better
ill stick to planet coaster for now..the performance issue kinda broke the feel of the game and to some context Indoor Lands
Is this as complex as Planet Coaster? I hope not. It's too much of a time sink and complex. I want a simpler version. I'm wondering how it fairs against Parkitect.
Got this yesterday and it's full of bugs
Hmm how bad? Like just occasional or?
@hihosilver1234 very bad
@@gumpenglish1 ah bummer, I assume ur on PC?
@@hihosilver1234 no ps5
10/10 I know It have million bugs now and I complain about it too but I extremely enjoy play it. That's that.
8/10
3 outta 100
I'm going to keep trying getting used to the game but it's not as good as Planet Coaster.
I had no bugs on PS5. A tad overpriced though.
great game love it
u played this on a ps5? bro what the fuck haha well, god bless u young gamer. keep up the good work
The craziest thing is console is less buggy than pc I have no idea how
@@justinwhywereyoubornit happens, console doesn't ALWAYS get the shaft in terms of stability lol
Its dropped to ten pounds. 🤣 Have they even patched all the bugs simce last year?
paid review? how can this be 8/10 when metacritic is sitting at 67 and steam at 51% positiv reviews only 🤣🤣
@@pacoloco9008 you again? Apparently you aint havin fun with the game if you are always here in the comment sections :)
Man metacritic drones are the worst. I play games before I decide it's quality, I don't just copy others opinions.
@@hihosilver1234 of course, me voicing my dissapointment and relating to manx other reviews that have the same opinion makes me a sheep 😂😂😂
Another disappointment. thankfully there is Parkitect.

Game is trash
What's so bad about it? Genuinely asking cuz I was thinking of buying it. There aren't many good theme park sims on console.
