I'm a therapist. I will share your video with my clients that feel they need more structure or for those that love planners and journals. This would be wonderful to help track moods and foods etc for all of us! Thank you! Safe travels. 🙏
As someone with adhd i love bullet journaling! I just cant do more than the most important things in the journal, and any decoration has to come *after* ive finished the spread, bc otherwise ill be too worried about messing it up😂(+fun stuff like quotes/doodles/writing in the rest of the journal)
I’m an old guy that’s interested in starting a bullet journal, and I’ve watched, probably, 100 videos on bullet journaling and this video is the best I’ve found for me. Thank you. 😊
ahh best of luck! I've been trying to start a bullet journal myself but I was always so overwhelmed because my artistic skills are quite lacking haha. maybe I'll finally start
I journaled from 16 years to 29 years old. When I got married I stopped. I guess I didn't trust my ex not to read them. I love the vast information that your bullet jounalling tracks. You have inspired me to return to something I loved so much. I'm 65 now and used to live and travel in a converted school bus with my sister. Your experiences take me back to those wonderful years. Bless
I just started a journal this year (I'm 67) and I wanted a more in depth record of my blood sugar and blood pressure readings. The journal gives me room to add reasons why my sugar was high on a particular morning (like ice cream after 10pm). I am also getting rather forgetful and am hoping this will help me with birthdays and such. Love your channel!
Pretty sure I learned more about bullet journaling in this 10 minute video than I have watching many other combined. I found it fascinating that not only do you practice life as a minimalist but you also do in your speech. Very clear, concise language, no um’s or ah’s and no fumbling for words. I felt like this video was SO productive that it didn’t waste even a second of my time - and I love that! Thanks for sharing, I can’t wait to get started!
I just started tracking my moods. I'm in therapy and doing a lot of deep-rooted trauma work. Tracking my moods helps me analyze the "Why". Best self care task I can do for myself.
Sister sherry travels, they call that stored trauma and learning about it currently. (I placed my hope in God just like my faith) I hope that you find more peace within your systems. I hope that whatever you seek, you always have enough.
bullet journaling is a great way to do that. I actually started bullet journaling after filling out daily diary cards for my therapist for about a year and deciding that I could start journaling as a way to track not only what’s happening but why as well as what I do about it in terms of what coping skills I use.
i consider myself depressed, so journaling really helps sometimes. i can't afford therapy but i try to do cognitive therapy exercises, it help analyze my dark thoughts and why they are actually not true. and then i remind myself of things that prove those thoughts wrong. writing them down is very important
I've watched like 18 hours of bullet journal videos today (thanks ADHD) and this is BY FAR the most comprehensive and overall best starter guide there is. Kudos! :)
As someone whose journals are entirely made up of long-form free writing, I’ve mostly been uninterested in the structure of bullet journaling. But I love your daily progress trackers and I imagine the slow and tactile process of recording each by hand helps with building awareness. I think it’s one of the most clever and pleasing things I’ve seen out of the world of bullet journaling!
having observed how those pinterestish BuJos look like and how they are decorated I started to feel that I'm not creative and felt really stressed when a new month was about to start. I actually gave it up so many times. now I see that those guys from pinterest have nothing with the real concept of BuJoling. Thanks for your video, it clarifies the way it should be treated!
I love the stress/mood/sleep tracker lined up with all the other things (foods/stimulants). I already track most of that but not in a visually useful way. Definitely bookmarking this video for future reference.
I’ve been searching and searching for a template for an easy habit/routine tracker. Most were glamorous, and not for me. But the way you make it simple, x and y, on the Y you just write whatever you want to track, and simply dot when you did it on that day. I love that. And the that sleep, stress, mood tracker! Genius! I do love myself some graphs, but I’m going to use exactly this lay-out. See how it will go this year. ❤
I've been bullet journaling for almost 2 years, but in March I mostly stopped using it and by May I wasn't sure of wanting to keep using it, I got overwhelmed by my artsy style and I felt almost obligated to keep using it to have something to post for the instagram account I made for it almost since the beginning. So I looked for minimalist bullet journals and decided to be the most minimal I have ever been with my bujo for May. It worked! Now I'm constantly using my bujo even if it's the middle of the quarantine (in my country) and if I just have minimal things to write in it. I wish I had found your video back in April, I think your bujo is the most minimalist I have seen so far. I agree that everyone should start super simple and add things as they see fit. I started being artsy again in June but this time I truly enjoyed it even if it was something more simple than what I was used to do, and I used it just as much as I did in May.
I have been writing here and there, millions of thoughts and ideas, calculation, tracking, poems, designs everything here and there. I have never thought of merging them into one bullet journal. But I think it's a good idea to see things at one place. ❤ You have shared a lot thank you.
Then buy one! I'm sure after some time you'd put into it you will be at least a little more organized. She probably wasn't organized before having one. ;) Have fun
Thank you so much from Moscow. I've just read Bullet Journal Method translated in Russian and got a lot of practical tips from this video how to make my new bujo efficient and minimalistic.
I've been watching bullet journal videos for a while now to get some inspiration, yours is tuned very unique to your lifestyle which I love, and the closest I've seen yet which would suit my own lifestyle journaling journey. My favourite part is the way you track your habits, your menstrual cycle, your stress and sleep. Seeing it in a graph like that seems like it will be really useful towards makung changes for self improvement. Thanks so much for sharing :)
Yah I personally have a time at 7:30 each night to do what i call "cleaning". It's house cleaning, but also time to clean out the cobwebs in my mind with either meditation, journaling, a nap, reading, or something else. I'm going to start doing it in the morning and afternoon too.
Thank you so much. Was watching videos on bullet journaling...got a cheap one from Walmart. Got bombarded with information on YT and felt overwhelmed. Went on my balcony, said a little prayer...meditated and listened. Came back and found this video. I’m a science teacher and these charts fascinate me. Love the data and graphs. Beautiful content and beautiful beings to match. Subbed!!
I have absolutely no patience to do something this in depth yet also think this is the coolest one I’ve seen by far and super relaxing to watch you go through it.
I have started my bullet Journal this year 2024 and have loved how simple yet complex you make it. I love the explanation , and I am taking the idea of people's birthdays. I love it.
Hands down my favorite bullet journal video I’ve seen. I love all of your suggestions - I’m a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and want to track similar things as you, as well as help patients figure out how to incorporate this into their lives for figuring out sensitivities, hormonal patterns, etc! Thanks!
I definitely learned some things here. I started 2 days ago and decided that since I'm unemployed and not much is going on right now I'll experiment. Each day so far has been artistically different. I like decorating and I can't do calligraphy. Since I am a fashion designer I have all the colors and stationary and papers and pens and markers cause I bought them as a student so I might as well play with them. So many videos say oh you need an annual tracker and set monthly goals and annual goals and add this and add that. I am starting this to have less stress in my life and relief anxiety and also track some habits and give me reminders. So I took everyone's and no ones advice. Put in an index, added the months of the year as future log so I can right down future appointments, introduced an ADHD friend page called "where the fudge did I put that" cause I constantly misplace important items and documents, so every time I move those, or "organize" I'll write it down. Before I was trying to keep a mental note and I would move the item and forget I moved it. And them I started the daily log. Wake up and bedtime, track food, water, mood, leave empty space for random thoughts and aspirations, an open to do list, doodling, scrapping from old materials and leftover paper I have laying around. I'm winging it like I do with most things and I am thinking I'll add things as my life changes, maybe get a weekly overview, projects of the week written down, add a timetable and not just a to do list with open times on when I wanna complete tasks. I am thinking of printing ready layouts to just slap on when I don't have the time or energy to make a new day in my log. And because I have ADHD making a month's worth of days, dated and named overwhelms me, cause what if I have nothing to do one day and I waste space in my journal? I prefer just adding the dates as I go.
I love the bullet journals! I mentioned it to a friend at work the other day and told her to look you up. She is excited to start one! And, I honestly want to have my daughters try this. They are both 13 with one having a cycle and depression. I believe it might help them understand their bodies better at a young age so when they leave the nest, they are a little more confident in knowing them selfs.
Very helpful. I see the logic of tracking the sleep to mood to eating to exercise. I love the concise way you have boiled it down to dots and lines. I can do something if it's really quick and concise every day. And I love the idea on paper. I'm trying to do all this on an IPAD now and I don't love it.
I can't remember if I've commented on this video before, but I keep coming back to it quite often. Elsa, your voice is so calming and soothing, and I love your minimal journalling style. I wanted to do an artsy, colourful journal but I just couldn't begin. I got as far as opening the book.....and then closing it again. However.....I'm going to start small and simple and see what happens. Thank you, sweetheart. You've given me the gentle nudge that I needed. I'm now going on a journalling journey. Wish me luck....❤❤❤
your personal flare is earthy & intelligent. the bullet journal seems like a great way to streamline.(i watched your other BJ vids) grateful to witness your journey. 🙏
I really appreciate that you share with us your own personal experience (instead of those bloggers who talk much and give advices they never use). Thanks ❤️
Honestly THE most breathable video I've seen thus far where bullet journals are concerned and I'm so much more the richer for it. Thank you so much for this!
Elsa, I think we're on the same wavelength when it comes to organization and journaling. Rather than make my bujo fancy af with color, stickers, washi tape and whatnot like I used to do, I realized that simple, to the point, productive spreads are more my thing. I too get fascinated by the various patterns I've observed in my life through different trackers. I will definitely be purchasing one of those lil printers, as I'd like the option to include photos of special memories. Thank you for this video, as well as all the other videos you do! You've become my favorite UA-camr (besides RawBeautyKrisit)! Mad love from Vermont! 🌲🍁
My wife and I are just beginning ours and we are grazing through a number of different channels to find ideas and instructions. I just wanted to take a moment to say that I appreciate your style, delivery, and creativity. I gleaned a lot of great ideas from your video and was setting up my first month as I watched. While I have NO PLANS to go into the detail that you do here, I did REALLY appreciate your habit tracking spread and will be using it. Also, the one week two pages spread you shared looks like it will work really well for my activity level and I have adopted it for my first month to see how it goes. So many great ideas! Liked and subscribed, of course. I hope my not finds you WELL as a lot has changed in our world since you made this video. Thank you again!
Omgoodness finally! I’ve been searching for a better tracker system for months! I was using a much more visually complicated version...THIS is what I want! It’s perfectly conducive for observing correlations, which I tried to do but never did, it was too complicated. I like the idea of the monthly spread, but I’ve tried it before and it wasn’t quite enough room. Even though I have a fairly simple life, I’m scattered, so I tend to over record things in an attempt to corral and control everything 😂 Don’t ask me how that’s working for me. I really appreciate your actual minimal style. There’s so many videos with “minimalist bujo set up” in the title but it’s really just a decorated calendar. Drives me crazy. If the first thing they do is start drawing leaves, I’m gone! So thank you!!
I’ve wanted to try bullet journaling for a few years now, but I instantly become discouraged & overwhelmed with fear of it not being perfect, & I just don’t know how/where to start or better yet how to get myself to start. I deal with debilitating chronic pain so, I worry that I won’t be able to keep it up & if it’s even worth starting when my schedule just consists of doctor appts at the moment & laying in bed..I again had talked myself out of starting one and waiting till I’m physically better, but your video came up on my suggested videos! I feel like it was a sign. This was the true simplicity and motivation I’ve been looking for! I absolutely can’t wait to wake up tomorrow and start one! You helped me see it as a tool to track pain/mood and I never thought of it that way. Less of a list of things to do book and more of a guide to our soul. I don’t mean to get cheesy! I just wanted to thank you for making this! I got choked up at the end & I’m sorry doctors aren’t taking your findings seriously. I believe you! I hope you’ve found a wonderful doctor who will truly help. I know how hard it is! ❤️
After many years off journaling, and having acquired a few bullet journals and not using them yet, you have inspired me to start journaling again… and using your style. Thanks!! New subscriber as of now 🤙🏼
I really appreciate you sharing this minimalist method, as I have been intimidated by artsy journalists. I kept a journal a while back but fell out of it when I stopped going to regular classes (I was mostly using it to make sure I did my homework) One of the things I want to add to my next journal is a tracker. My favorite part about yours is your layout of sleep, mood, and food right next to each other, so you can follow the correlations. Getting that kind of data on myself would be great. I've read that tracking your mood can be very helpful, but, for some reason, I feel like I'm bad at rating my own mood. It's one of those things that's sometimes hard to quantify. I might give it a go, anyway.
This is by far the most elegant but detailed bujo I’ve ever seen. If you feel comfortable with the FAM please please please do a video on how you do it !
This is the most cohesive explanation of a minimalist bullet journal that I've seen yet. It included examples (which greatly helped me understand the system being used) and the slower, more rehearsed voice made it easier for me to follow along. I think I'd like to try out a style similar to this this year (I've done the whole fancy, aesthetic bullet journals in the past and found that after about 9-10 months I just lost motivation to be so elaborately creative. I'd much rather put that energy towards random bursts of creative collaging or scrapbooking in my journal than have to up-keep a constant theme and aesthetic through the whole month. the most planning I wanna do this time around is whatever my calendar needs and the few habits I track weekly. lol)
Wow, your trackers are amazing! I love how much of your journal is about YOU. Mine is mostly lists of tasks and shit to do that is for the house or other people. I never track my food, sleep, moods etc, partly because I'm in denial I think, of how much I abuse myself with junk food and little sleep. I'm a carer for my son and I take myself for granted. Your self care and awareness is inspiring and has made me think :)
I feel sorry for the people that take the time to dislike Elsa’s videos. What must being going on within someone to make them want to put negativity into something so positive & non-controversial? Not sad for Elsa, though. Whether they like/dislike it helps out her channel. 🤷🏼♀️
The *only* upside you can take from people who give their own time to hate is that they give more engagement to a video. which in turn makes the video itself find it's way into the algorithm of more people's "recommended" feeds which will bring even more engagement to videos/views which will help her channel grow.
Interesting use of the journal... I really like the use of 30-day graphs to plot things like food/drink intake, sleep, stress, mood, and fasting periods. Thanks for sharing this.
I recently found your channel and love it. I like how calming Elsa's voice is - no stress, no pressure, no judgement. Watching your videos, I feel more positive about my life and confident in my ability to make my goals happen. In comparison, in some other channels I am more inclined to compare myself unrealistically, get down on myself, and not complete my goals.
Hey, the algorithm bought me here. I love that you track Mood/stress/sleep, and can compare to food/stimulants. That's such a smart way to monitor things! I may have to start doing this :)
This minimalist tracking system is the best I’ve seen! I’m sorting out similar health issues and your tracker system has been the easiest to implement and the best I’ve found to track cycle, lifestyle, food, stress, sleep, etc. Thank you for sharing!
I started a bullet journal this year, mostly based on your spreads and some of my own creative ones. Your journal videos are my favorite because I've been journaling since freshman year of highschool and now I'm in my senior year. I've been using bought planners to journal but this year I decided to use my own. The trackers are amazing and I'm so excited to see them as the year goes on.
Journaling is a learning experience. Start from nothing or a few ideas and see what works for you. Ive been Journaling for 2 months now I get more ideas all the time from trial and error. Then I get videos like these that give me even more ideas/tips to implement into my Journal for the next month.
I have to say. I’ve been contemplating a bullet journal for a while but the idea of it overwhelmed me. Seeing your minimalistic approach is really comforting in that I realize it’s something I can do. Thank you for taking time to explain.
The level of self-knowledge you get from your notebook is honestly incredible! I don't think I know myself that deep but I'd like to since I'm the person i spend most time with. LOL.
This video is WONDERFUL. I love how it's comprehensive and concise enough for people who don't have the time to put toward bullet journaling. I felt I HAD to comment because your trackers are by far the best trackers I have seen and gave me that 'aha' moment as to how I can track my sleep, moods, and stress. I was wondering how pick one number for mood and stress, because for me I usually have many moods/moments of stress. I'll have to think on it more, but really the point is thank you for making this video and spreading positivity and wellness.
I’ve been looking for a good cycle tracking method, and never heard of FAM. That is a game changer for me so I am glad you shared it. I love your habit tracker and monthly memories collections, too. Your sensibilities, purpose and aesthetics for journalling are similar to mine, but I’ve had trouble figuring out how to put it all together, so thank you so much for posting!
This is my favorite video thus far - being in research, I loved all the graphs your included pertaining to what you consume and your overall health. Thanks so much for sharing this!
I’ve lost count how many times I’ve watched/listened to this video. I end up listening to this video when I’m writing in my own bullet journal. Really love this video
Excellent Bujo examples, especially the trackers. You get minimalism like no one else. Everyone else, except Ryder Carroll, is decorating. This is design. Thanks for sharing.
I track my habits in a very similar way and because of your last video where you mentioned that you keep your sleep/mood/stress tracker in the same spot, I decided to implement that (verse random spots). Thank you
Best video on bullet journalling so far. Saturn just moved into my 10th house of career (not work), lifetime achievements, and reputation. I HAVE to get it together and I know Saturn will help me if I do my work. Did a meditation on it and got "bullet journal." OK. Ordered my notebook and binging on UA-cam Bujo tutorials. There are some great ones. This is the best.
So glad I stumbled across your channel today. This is exactly what I've been trying to find - a bullet journal system that is minimal, functional and WORKS! Thank you so much for sharing 😁
This video got me feeling motivated to continue my journal! I got discouraged when I keep getting posts about bullet journal with aesthetic looking spreads because my bullet journal is very simple. Seeing this makes me feel like I'm not the only one with this type of bullet journal
Hi Elsa, I've watched hundreds of bujo videos but it's yours that really convinced me to start one, organise my life, take care more of myself, keep an eye on my health and think about what I can do to improve bits of my life I'm not feeling great about. I'm turning 30 on july 2nd and I hope it'll help me make the best of this new decade of my life. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
I appreciate your style with having some OCD. I haven't made tracking pages or my own journal pages bc of keeping them balanced or fear of a mistake. I really like your tracking of food and mood, stress, & sleep.
Thank you! I love this. This is more my style. I get so bogged down with figuring out spacing for fancy boxes, details, that I don't stick with it. As much as I love pretty things, I like my trackers/journals/datebook to be functional and no fuss. I love the way you organize this.
Wow thank you. I have been bullet journaling since 2012 and yet never connect to the "bujo community" bc everyone seems to want an art journal, not a bullet journal. Those are so pretty, but I dont want to make art spreads. The point is rapid logging and content. I really enjoyed seeing yours and your explanation. Also...since I am wtiting my dissertation now I am pretty certain you have a science background #trackthatdata
Thank you for your bullet journal videos. A friend told me about them months ago and it didn't click. Watching your video it clicked. I would love to watch more of your bullet journal videos, especially the tracker parts. The way you talk about it made sense in my head and I started a bullet journal the next day after work. Thank you again.
Elsa! This is really awesome. Thanks for the inspo! Gonna order some journals and start my own. It is something that I have been wanting to do for a long time.... No time like the present eh?
I started using the sleep-stress-mood tracker shown in this video a while back and am still using it to this day. The rest was a bit overwhelming for me, but that tracker has been a game changer. I used it to figure out how exercise and water intake affected by energy levels with stellar results on both my productivity and my overall mood! Thanks for sharing. I still refer back to this video a lot!
Yeah nothing makes you more productive than saying "I'll have 30 hour work week" thinking you're already doing it, start tracking it and realising you're not even close.
Welp, I knew if I kept searching to the ends of the internet I’d find a system that worked for me. This is looking like it. Minimal, lots of birds eye view stuff. Much appreciated!
Just what I wanted/needed! I’m already using a bujo and have been for the last three years. I’ve been looking for new trackers that might help me more in my day to day life 😊
Me, an engineer, seeing that tracker page: this would be so much easier to do on Excel 😂. I can't help it. Lovely video! Loved the minimalistic approach and the honesty about what you use and don't use anymore.
I'm attempting to start journaling and this is one of the first journaling videos I've watched and I am amazed. You should be a researcher or scientist, your attention to data tracking and presentation of said data is exceptional. I love your breakdown and presentation of the different techniques you use. There are so many things I love about your methodology but I think the best part is how clean and uncluttered your journal is. I have seen several videos where the journal is extremely cluttered and the pages are so busy it's hard to read and write in. You have raised the bar regarding constructing and organizing a journal. The only thing I don't understand is how this finely produced video got dislikes.
I absolutely love your bullet journal method. It’s simple and clean. I stopped bullet journaling for a while. I would watch other people make beautiful spreads. I would attempt and fail horribly and it just became a little overwhelming. Your way really makes me want to get back into my journaling.
I like the stress/mood tracker. I had something in mind pre-planning my own one but in watching videos to see what others had used yours is by far more effiecent and will now be stolen.
This by far the BEST bullet journal video I have watched. Comprehensive, free of judgement, and such great tips!
I would have to agree 😊👍
Agreed! And I absolutely love the idea of tracking sleep mood and stress all in the same graph! Brilliant!
I dare say but its even better than Ryder Carrol's introductions
Ditto!!!
so true! many of the ones i have watched are complex, too much going on, and require a lot of supplies.
When you say “start small or minimal and it will evolve as you do”....that’s the greatest advice ever not only for bullet journaling but whenever you try sth new
I'm a therapist. I will share your video with my clients that feel they need more structure or for those that love planners and journals. This would be wonderful to help track moods and foods etc for all of us!
Thank you! Safe travels. 🙏
Awsome
So cool
As someone with adhd i love bullet journaling! I just cant do more than the most important things in the journal, and any decoration has to come *after* ive finished the spread, bc otherwise ill be too worried about messing it up😂(+fun stuff like quotes/doodles/writing in the rest of the journal)
Hi. I suggest u to recommend liziqi video.. I swear. Her videos helps me calm whenever my pannick attack strikes.
I dont think being this level of intense is good for anyone.

I totally agree

I have been writing here and there, millions of thoughts and ideas, calculation, tracking, poems, designs everything here and there. I have never thought of merging them into one bullet journal. But I think it's a good idea to see things at one place. ❤ You have shared a lot thank you.
Her journal is more organized than my life.
It do be like that though 😭
I thought the same thing man, for real
Then buy one! I'm sure after some time you'd put into it you will be at least a little more organized. She probably wasn't organized before having one. ;) Have fun
I mean, if you need to write a task for buying donuts you're not organized, just a psyco or something.
LOL If you find me anyones life that is more organized than a well organized journal let me know.
Omg, the analysis of how the mood, sleep, stress tracker correlates with each other, and the habit tracker is so insightful!!! Thank you !!!
This is a form of meditation I think. Empty your brain into the journal before bed so you can quiet your brain and sleep better
Yah I personally have a time at 7:30 each night to do what i call "cleaning". It's house cleaning, but also time to clean out the cobwebs in my mind with either meditation, journaling, a nap, reading, or something else. I'm going to start doing it in the morning and afternoon too.
This is exactly what I just did, finally opened up my new journal to write in.
@@faithlspatrick-couchpotato that sounds like a brilliant thing to do! I'm going to sneakily steal that idea from you now
Thank you so much.
I find your voice and manner of speaking soothing
What did you do to prepare for living the life you have now? Was there books or videos that helped you? Love your videos!!
Idk how I feel about the sentence in parentheses. Yes. I giggled. But I do agree on her flare and find witnessing their journey brings me such peace
I really appreciate that you share with us your own personal experience (instead of those bloggers who talk much and give advices they never use).
Thanks ❤️
This was so helpful for me because it took so much pressure off of me and made me finally start the journal!
Hey is one journal diary enough for a year? I mean to say are there enough pages in a diary to track our all 12 months?
“If you don’t see it, you won’t use it.” Looks to the right at my nightstand with my journals I hardly touch 😭😂
U r not alone...
Your voice is magical. Hands down the best voice I have ever heard via the interwebs and speakers.
Liked this alot. Best of luck
honestly this is the first video abt bullet journalling that i find all i want to know. thanks for the rich but minimal content.
Wow. This by far is the most aesthetic and easy to set up journal I've ever seen!
I kept a journal a while back but fell out of it when I stopped going to regular classes (I was mostly using it to make sure I did my homework)
One of the things I want to add to my next journal is a tracker.
I loooove how clear and intentional yours is and free of the decor.
I feel sorry for the people that take the time to dislike Elsa’s videos. What must being going on within someone to make them want to put negativity into something so positive & non-controversial? Not sad for Elsa, though. Whether they like/dislike it helps out her channel. 🤷🏼♀️
Don't worry, I suspect those are just programs that dislike videos at random. Not sure why anyone would bother, but whatever.
Could you please go over how you (set-up) track your sleep, mood, energy etc
This minimalist tracking system is the best I’ve seen! I’m sorting out similar health issues and your tracker system has been the easiest to implement and the best I’ve found to track cycle, lifestyle, food, stress, sleep, etc. Thank you for sharing!
Your past video on buju inspired me to start my own at the new year. It has become my fav thing I do everyday. Thanks for the inspiration :)
Best journaling video - packed in with tips (w/o the annoying whispering voice & moving hands) ❤ I have watched this 3x.
I’ve tried many times to keep a consistent journal, and it just doesn’t work for me. I still love watching your journal videos!
Try again, you'll get it. Like she said, start minimalist, your journal will evolve as you do.
I have to say. I’ve been contemplating a bullet journal for a while but the idea of it overwhelmed me. Seeing your minimalistic approach is really comforting in that I realize it’s something I can do. Thank you for taking time to explain.
It's so detailed and neat too. So good to study about our own self.
This is exactly how I'm planning to set mine up - with the mood, sleep, food, and BBT tracker. So glad I found this, thanks!
I strongly recommend that book, it's excellent.
As a man I appreciated this quite a bit. This was a great, simple explanation and really made this feel doable. Thank you!
OMG😍 we are so happy to see you using our notebooks ❤ We love you!!!
Thank you
im a mother of 4 and into inner engineering, this video is very helpful, in fact im overjoyed..love from Philippines❤
You are living life so awesome..... love frm India !
I'm also from India!
you guys should get together n live awesomely
Same 💗 me also indian squad
Same here kerala
Hey y'all! Hello from Bengaluru
Enjoy! It’s a really insightful and enjoyable practice!
You have such a great voice, this was almost ASMR (which I love)
Hi Elsa, I've watched hundreds of bujo videos but it's yours that really convinced me to start one, organise my life, take care more of myself, keep an eye on my health and think about what I can do to improve bits of my life I'm not feeling great about. I'm turning 30 on july 2nd and I hope it'll help me make the best of this new decade of my life. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
I've watched this like a dozen times - each time I am amazed and inspired. Great examples of journaling and life tracking.
Best bullet journal video so far
I like to have a page that has a monthly doodle or sketch. I try and work on it through the month, but usually I end up doing it in one sitting.
Omg my OCD LOVES you for being so precise and neat 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Thank you for your bullet journal videos. A friend told me about them months ago and it didn't click. Watching your video it clicked. I would love to watch more of your bullet journal videos, especially the tracker parts. The way you talk about it made sense in my head and I started a bullet journal the next day after work. Thank you again.
Elsa! This is really awesome. Thanks for the inspo! Gonna order some journals and start my own. It is something that I have been wanting to do for a long time.... No time like the present eh?
💯💯💯. Shout if you have any questions. 🤘🏼
What a great idea and very relaxing. Journaling is something I’ve always done, but never as organize as this. Thanks for the tips and video! 👍🏾👏🏾👏🏾😎.
The idea of placing the tracker and sleep log in manner that facilitates comparison is nice. I will use that!
I always struggle to do this.. because in my mind I don't have enough time.. but in reality I probably do.. 😖
I love how your food and health trackers line up on the same day, it's genius.
Great...I'll start simple !!! June 1, 2020
good luck!!
I absolutely love your bullet journal method. It’s simple and clean. I stopped bullet journaling for a while. I would watch other people make beautiful spreads. I would attempt and fail horribly and it just became a little overwhelming. Your way really makes me want to get back into my journaling.
Thank you for posting this.. I bought a journal, but haven't written on one page yet.. because I have no idea how to do it!! haha!!!
I like the stress/mood tracker. I had something in mind pre-planning my own one but in watching videos to see what others had used yours is by far more effiecent and will now be stolen.
