    Very very informative video sir. One of my friends also faced this water logging problem. The worker doing the interior in his flat left the tap open and water got logged in lower flat.

    Very good information. Thanks for making us knowledgeable . I have questions regarding OC and CC . Our Sales team is saying that if the building is stand-alone then OC is not required and only CC certificates will be issued. Is this true?

    I saw in many projects that builder got OC without pcmc,PMC water connection like in tathawade Kohinoor sapphire 1 so how they got OC as they don't require pcmc water connection and as we know water connection provided by pcmc but it should be considered while getting noc as we can see due to this maintenance charges are increased and people facing more issues whey they occupied their property without water connection

    ghar buy kiya, registration kar diya. ghar me humne semi furnish karke rehne bhi lag gaye hai. but koi possession letter sign nahi kiya na hi koi condition sign ki OC CC ana baki hai. kya kar sakte hai?

    Hello, I got the possession of a flat in September 2023 and got the possession letter as well, but the sale deed is still pending and the builder is telling sale deed will happen in 2028 after completion of the entire project. Is it legally correct to not register sale deed by the builder even after handover of flat. Because without sale deed legally I am still not the owner of my flat. I checked with the bank from which I took Home Loan (BOB) and they also don't have the requirement of Sale Deed. Please suggest if the delay in sale deed is legally fine for both the parties?

      builder can't sell Parking, it is free as a part of your flat ... if it is open parking then it doesn't matter , it is available for use for all any way.. if it closed parking then you are lucky to have 2 parking space at no cost

    What if OC received and after that these leakages were observed then how to tackle that situation?

      First, inform the developer about the issues. If their actions are not satisfactory, file a case against the developer in RERA.

    All buildes are same. We have purchased flat in Oberoi group in mumbai. Oc received flat. But during date of possession matble in flooring in one room was totally damaged. We didn't took possession. Now they are not committing anything that they will correct it. Not giving any response to mail. Our full payment is done. They are charging maintenance from first day of token payment. Loan amount is going. Keys are not in our hand.Builder has nothing to loose. Only customer suffering.😢 Oberoi charge premium sayig their quality is number 1. But we were so much disappointed.
