Kharadi is having sever shortage of water , tanker mafia 4. Connecting nagar road always traffic locked 5. No greenary and gardens around 6. Dust and mosquito issues near river 7.overall if you have a high paying job in kharadi and want's to take risk please go ahead
It's time for the real estate bubble of Pune to burst.. 1) Over-crowded 2) Over-hyped (rates have shot up exorbitantly) 3) huge traffic jams everywhere 4) Lack of Infrastructure (roads, flyovers,etc) 5) Worsening weather conditions 6) Lack of water - several areas have been facing scarcity Better to wait for a 30% discount on the prices for diwali. Builders have started negotiating on the rates to clear off the inventories for projects to be delivered in 2025 & 26.. I wonder what will happen by 2027 & beyond..
Kharadi roads are too crowded and not even half of the residents have shifted. With 20,000 or more units giving possession by 2029 these roads will be a worse mess
koi pagal hi hoga jo vtp me 1.5cr dega... waha road nai, pani nai grocery, sabji bhi mehangi hai. Koi sense hi nai banta. hum rent pe flat dekhne gaye the.. bohot sare flats empty hai. bcoz wo location kharadi nahi hai, manjari hai. late night to waha ja hi nahi sakte.
RE is just inflated in Pune most of the places have started seeing water shortage, builders will tell its just a summer thing, they have normalized that no water is also okay 😅
Buying property in Pune is waste of money , specially area like Wagholi , Lohagav these areas are worst , no water no roads no facilities, overcrowded,highly polluted with no proper planning, roads are very narrow for crowd ,kharadi is overhyped most of projects water is from jack well just for namesake ( river water is contaminated with hazardous chemicals ) all of these areas upto Keshavnagar are worst areas to live

There is no proper road connectivity, riverside road is stuck for 10+ years for upper kharadi
The is no place called upper kharadi its Manjri
Its my advice not to buy Harmosa Casa, stretch to some extent and go with pristine allure. You will get it for 85 lakh
