You made it look so easy! Very informative and simple tutorial. Keep up the good hard work! (:
Thankyou so much!🖤🖤
The drilled and slotted rotors was the first thing I did to my KIA I agree that it makes it look sick. I’m ready to see the new wheels 🛞
Yes!! And coming up😈🖤🖤
As someone who is on their 3rd set in under 20k miles 😅 hyped to see how simple this is. Great video.
Yes!! Thankyou!
I bought the rotors because of you ❤️😎
💯💯💯
Great work bro. Invest in a 90 degree Milwaukee impact. Comes in handy when doing brake and rotors
I know Im saving up🖤🙏
Awesome video.. thanks so much.. doing mine today..
Thankyou so much for watching hope you have an easy install. Glad to be of help.
Great vid
Thankyou so much!!🖤🖤
Nice as usual just wondering do they grab better and how the brake dust compare to OEM or it's it for the looks thanks in advance
Thankyou! Id say its for the looks as the brembo brakes already do a good job.
Can you make a video on where and how to access the jack points for your stinger? I have a stinger too and want to do an oil change
Next time I do something under the car Ill make sure to address your question💯 just stay tuned 🖤got you fam!
Hey man. Just started following your content not long ago. I just bought a 2022 K5 GT. I’m struggling to find upgrades for it. I’d love to upgrade to brembo brakes, borla exhaust. But I can’t find these things for my model. Any pointers or tips you could offer?
Just give it a few months💯 car is still fairly new manufactures are still creating parts for them.
Great video man! I have a 2019 Kia stinger Gt2 and I am going to be doing the rear pads and rotors. I have been hearing stuff about the parking break engaging on its own even if its off and no light on the dash. Did you have to put the parking break in service mode? If so how did you do it?
One trick is to have someone stand outside and listen if the parking brake engages. Remove the battery to prevent it from engaging
Hi,
Did you change the pads as well or only the Rotors.?
I got AWD and the ceramic pads on the website look little different than the stock.
What should I do? Should I use my old pads with the new rotors.?
Thank you
I kept the old pads on since they had alot of life left. Guess if you have the money might aswell change them. But I haven’t had issues with the oem brake pads and they don’t coat my wheels with brake dust either so Ill leave them for now.
Any advice on rear rotors that won't come off? I don't have the e-brake on so I don't know why they won't come off. I tried hammering them already and nothing.
I suggest using a rubber mallet on one side then hit the opposite, rotating position. And it will break loose👍
I was told by a few people to open the lid on the brake reservoir (to be able to push back the pistons more easily) but I haven’t seen that on any video. Is that something you would recommend?
Id assume you could enter air into the brake system which isn’t safe
Awesome video and the rotors look perfect. Will this help with the gentle shaking I feel during heavy braking? I've read something about the shaking being from the brake pads or buildup of brake dust, but I honestly don't know enough about disc brakes to know if new rotors would fix the shaking issue. Thanks
Thankyou so much!!💯🖤🖤 and it could help. Car doesn’t shake or have problems. Try checking if your bolts are torqued down correctly aswell as the rotors. 💯
Stephen, I'm about to do my rotors for this reason. I started to get that shaking feeling under braking as well, and it was due to warped rotors. This was at 40kmiles for me. I had the rotors resurfaced and replace the stock pads with some aftermarket pads, and they are now warped again at 60k. I'm going to replace the rotors with some stoptech rotors and hope it solves the issue.
@@jdubsii6812 how is your car now? Was the problem solved ?
I’m facing same issue now, and I ordered the same part in this video R1 concept WBUH1-21032
I hope these rotors are reliable.
Hey brotha. All is fine so far. I didn't do slotted rotors, just aftermarket StopTech rotors. So far, no issues, but I haven't even made it to 70k miles yet. Been working from home so not driving as much. If anything changes, I'll update you here. @@KSA21Geladettor
Did you clean the rotors before you put them on? As in wipe them down with brake cleaner or soapy water.
No… I just drove it up and down the street safely before ripping it.
I have a question what’s s the name of the caliper your using.
The caliper is oem from Kia “brembo” but the rotors are from r1concept💯
Is there a torque spec needed when putting the calipers back on?
There is but not off the top of my head, check out the forums
Does this apply to the 2018 2.0t as well?
Not sure if the rotors would be the same
WHAT Brand are the Calipers ?? POWER STOP are GREAT
Brembo💯💯
You see i told u the car is you bro it's your gf now you dress her to fit your taste when all your mods are done it will be you Always your art in what you do stay safe and stay blessed bro peace stinger' s forever
Thats true!!💯Thankyou so much!!!🖤
Did you get the break pads from this same site??
My car was fairly new and brakes almost full of life so I keep using the oem ones without a problem
Which rotors are these ? They look very nice with the car
Rl concept rotors👍
@@DARKRISE they are sold out but thank you very much for replying.
@@DARKRISE I have these. Put them on a year ago and drove through a Canadian winter without rusting.. Good quality part and cheap compared to the others.
😍😍😍
Thankyou!!
not a fan of the later tail lights, many consider them a downgrade.
Half and half, i just prefer the resemblance to a Porsche and many don’t know what car I drive until they ask.
Hello, friend
Is the mud guard of KIA STINGER shown in the video a genuine part? If it's a genuine part, I want to know what the product number is.
If it's not a genuine part, I want to know where I got it.
Thank you.
Its oem, i took mine off. Not sure the part number.
Ok, thank you.
You changed the rotors because they were shaking ?
No just for appearance and noise
I have this issue where my stinger 2022 shakes a lot when breaking, I replace break pads and rotors aftermarket but problem came back after like 1 week driving. what do you recommend doing?
Great channel and content. These rotors look cool but are unfortunately a downgrade in every other aspect. The best rotors for daily driving are vented plain rotors. The stock rotors are great, the pads are not. Replace the pads and you have a great setup.
Thankyou so much!!🖤🖤
No one else is as committed to give up their bedroom🤣
Facts😂😂🖤
you're calling these the Best rotor upgrades. So what research did you do to verify these are the BEST rotor upgrades ? please share to validate your claim. They look cool, but do they perform better than the stock rotors ?

Lol love his reply but I can put my 2 cents in…from my understanding there is no substantial benefit from drilled rotors. They don’t provide more stopping power and are actually less durable than slotted rotors. The holes are supposed to give more air flow but it comes at a cost as they crack easier than just slotted rotors. “EngineeringExplained” did a good video on the science behind it. In my opinion these rotors are a solid choice because of the price but I would go with just slotted rotors if they’re an option.
One thing to note though is to reach the temps it takes to actually crack these rotors you’d have to be going to the track daily so if you like the drilled look then you do you
@@mrscottmescudi10 cold climate can crack them too
Slotted and drilled rotors do nothing for performance.
