This Fire Department Chief is a credit to the city and to his profession! He's a wonderful person who genuinely cares about people, their safety and their rights! I admire him and most likely his entire department--they're incredible!

Having lived my 66 years in rural Ohio surrounded by volunteer fire departments, this was just amazing.
It's so embarassing when people whom are in charge of patient information, have no idea how HIPAA laws work. The ignorance of these people is astounding!

I loved that the fire chief was so happy to show this place off! I really enjoy genuine interactions from good people! The sad part is we also see so much genuine interaction from not so good people a.k.a. Janelle and the bricklayer from Union 3. I’ll bet they’re proud!
And of course, you never hear a fireman say “oh I can’t Fight at fire, it’s fireman safety”

This Fire Chief is the best I have ever seen the firefighters are very lucky. He has so much going on and I am sure he had the vision to put all this in place he has made the station there every thing that he experienced as a firefighter he built into this station what he knows would keep a firefighter healthy and serving his community I will look up this town and call the mayor! So impressed he fought for his firefighters in budget meetings what they needed! Thanks AFA and Wondering Hippie to me this is a great video that shows what alll firefighters deserve and what all public officials should be like

What a wonderful tour of 'behind-the-scenes' of a fire department! That chief was amazing! I don't think that the majority of the citizens understand what is involved with saving, rescuing & protecting them. This was enlightening.

This Chief is AMAZING! A+++ So proud of his new building and how the improvements benefit the firefighters and the area by having better prepared men and women.

Dispatchers are THE ONES who need to be educated on CONSTITUTION and LAWS and have CONSTITUTION and LAW BOOK in front of them 24/7/365. This is insanity! If dispatchers behave this way, how do you expect cops to be better or citizens?
People who think like you need to be educated on basic manners, going into someone’s work place and filming them trying to get them angry it’s just so sad and shows how truly pathetic some people are in our society today

Most firefighters are required to spend 3-4 days and nights per week at their post. Which is why they should get a little more privacy at the firehouse. Respect!!!!!

The Chief had good reason to want to show off the new facility. It was really impressive! The gym is an incredible perk of being a Woburn fireman. Yes, Janelle did make her unreasonable requests "very politely", but that did not make them any less unreasonable. She should've just gotten back to work, and left law-abiding fire department visitors alone.
What an amazing video fantastic the fire chief was great. Sad thing is he would never see this in the police department sometimes I think the firemen are feeling left out.

As a former firefighter this chief is awesome, I’m sure his dept knows it and respects him. What a beautiful station the decon area was amazing. Josh I know it started bad but it was a great turn around.

Love the fire chief. He does exactly what a city professional should do; be cordial and show the public where their tax dollars are going. This is a glowing example of transparency. Police station lobby staff could learn a lot here.

Not all true they're sorry I have a daughter and I treat her like a princess and she is a princess, but I also teach her about personal responsibility and how to treat people and that things just aren't given to you you have to work for them and work hard. She also knows that thing always don't go your way in life and when you make a mistake it's okay and you can correct that mistake and she also knows that she doesn't get something the first time not to give up and keep trying. I also told her that people are created equal and she's very young but understands so much and people's ignorance and bad attitude and unprofessionalism and or tell me all about it and what you think about him and how she feels about people like that. So not all girls who have been treated like princesses growing up end up with the feeling of entitlement
The men act the exact same way too. So I guess that's also what happens when mothers coddle their sons and teach them that they're the center of the earth and they can do no wrong. Another possibility is that this behavior has absolutely nothing to do with gender because 99% of cops and other public servants have this same exact reaction when being filmed. That's probably the more plausible explanation to anyone who has a brain and isn't a raging woman hating incel.
What a cool fire chief and a cool cop. It's so heartening to see there are actually normal and well-adjusted people in public service, people who aren't afraid of a camera, and they know what "rights" are They are the diamonds in the dust.
That is probably the finest fire department I've ever seen. I have some familiarity with them. Having worked at a major US University that has a international National Fire School in TX.
