The officer states to "respect their privacy". How odd is that to state in a public building? When did it become mandatory to have to tell people what one is doing when in public? When did it become mandatory to have to adjust how one operates in public to comfort the feelings of those they come across?
That "Captain" was a Class A hypersensitive immature A-hole right from the jump that went straight to unnecessary escalating and defensiveness. He definitely needs some emotional fitness training to help him learn to be professional, calm, courteous, and to keep his assumptions and emotions in control. The fact that he could not keep his cool for even 2 minutes during a very low key interaction is rather scary. He was waaaay too upset and hyped up and being feelings enforcement rather than law enforcement. It worries me that he would take this same confrontational and escalating approach in much more intense situations and cause things to get out of control and dangerous for everyone involved. He needs some counseling and behavior modification ASAP.
Agreed. He had to frame the conversation about common courtesy, and refused to allow any relation to Constitutionality. Repeatedly made aggressive steps forward and leaned in making his points more forcefully. You don't have to be polite. Josh I wish you had been harder on him & the female cop. He was a prick. And she wasn't any better.
Public serpents shocked that a citizen with a camera is in a public building talking to his employees? Meanwhile they are recording and eavesdropping on citizens 24/7 and there really is no outrage.

That captain said he disagrees with the law. Can he be trusted to uphold it?
The Ego is strong with these public servants in Wyoming !
Typical problem with LEOs, they can not stop talking and actually listen. They are so used to the people obeying them and not arguing with them or better yet, having a civil conversation and listening to both sides. It exposes his true beliefs and that he is better then we the people. Thanks again AFA for exposing what is wrong with our country.
Pigs and their perceived authority over the public.
even if you tell what you are doing and all, most still dont want filming..so hell with them..
Captain uses his feelings to "keep the peace" and " protect and serve" in whatever unlawful way he deams necessary. Tryant
Law enforcement officer trying to enforce common courtesies as opposed to laws
It does seem like it’s getting worse… but keep up the great work.
The fact that these cops don't understand that there is no right to privacy in public is pathetic.
Ask that pig how concerned he is over the privacy of private citizens! 😅
As a lifetime sound guy, I can't help but mention that directional mics suck for this sort of thing. Love your stuff man. Carry on!
make a point without blowing your horn.. no one cares what you do. shuffle along sonny
@@mica122213 Sure they care. They all love me. You just don't know who I am. Carry on. But, enjoy your misery.
Ms Cari was super nice! She gave ZERO fu€ks about the camera. Very helpful and polite.
Baldy sure is good at interrupting people. What a jerk.
and he talks about common courtesy...
And thats why there is a problem with we the people and the police. That captain is an arse. Well done Josh from over the pond. God bless 🙏
Give that woman a raise!! Big smile and so nice. Hope she sees this
He does not have to act like the officer wants him to.
yes, and in this video AFA tried to win over the captain ( i couldn't stand watching it). At the end AFA seemed flustered & he couldn't wait to exit the building.
I like the demeanor you kept, letting the assholes expose themselves.
Exactly!
I can't believe that cop had Josh studdering! First time I've seen Josh allow a police man to direct the confrontation.....not 1 "shut your mouth", that would've been epic.
If our public servants would treat the public with respect, there would be no need for Audits.
I do wish Josh had mentioned that the public employee that didn't want to be filmed in her public position, should seek employment in private industry.
I agree.
You should have asked him if he was there to enforce feelings or the law..... it was that simple.
This officer is constantly bringing up common courtesy and he is the one that repeatedly interrupts.
My 5 year old nephew doesn’t whine as much as that cop did. For a second there I thought he was about to stamp his feet and say “it’s just not fair” with his bottom lip sticking out
26:43 This cop is intelligent but also a perfectly trained sociopath. 👌 He would have no problem "just following orders". He would try as hard as he could to justify anything he's told to do by "government".
27:25 what an aggressive cop
He has a bad attitude for sure.
So the Capt. was saying to go THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BUILDING, TO EVERY OFFICE, and inform everyone BEFORE you record anything 😂😂😂
Yes, he is an idiot.
DUH.....that's called being a wussie. IMO
Wow , I bet that desk that go's up & down cost a pretty penny . I have to laugh every time that ppl think it's against the law to film & R so upset, that They themselves start Filming . LOL WTH ! How does work for them ?
I have so much fun looking at these beautiful buildings and seeing this beautiful country and Videos over and over again! I watch all the other auditing UA-camrs 2! no matter where you come from UK or USA! It's amazing what you're doing there! Please keep it up! I'm coming to visit you all soon! "i hope" 🙌🙌🙌! Love from Germany 🖤 ❤️ 💛 stay safe ❤❤❤

At ten minutes you switched that lady up with some smooth truth! Amazing!
I hated this cop because he has a "problem" with people not having privacy in public & Free Press - the 1st Amendment of the Constitution. He also thinks you should announce your presence BEFORE you film. NEGATIVE - YOU MUST CONTINUE AS YOU DO UNANNOUNCED because they're ELECTED Officials or Public Employees who are there to be POLITE TO THE PEOPLE & REPRESENT THE TOWN. You Josh are not. You don't have to be polite. Josh I wish you had been harder on him & the female cop. He was a prick. And she wasn't any better.
Exactly. He was a douche
Public serpents shocked that a citizen with a camera is in a public building talking to his employees? Meanwhile they are recording and eavesdropping on citizens 24/7 and there really is no outrage.
Cudos to Cari Krakovich in administration. Very calm, open and helpful! So nice!
That captain was talking about common courtesy... Yet every time he has a chance he talks right over you. Tell that fool to kick rocks!
I can never understand people's mentality who think filming in public is equal to being a kiddy fiddler! That "Captain," tried his hardest to escalate the situation, but didn't realise until it was too late that he definitely isn't as clever as he'd hoped and he has now met the man he's always wanted to be. 😂
This cop is a clown. Which law is common courtesy.
This capt needs to learn that "We The People" don't need big brothers permission to film.
It doesn't matter what he thinks or fells
"I am smart. Let's not get that twisted." Hahahahahaha
You’re one of THE BEST, Josh! Great work.
I have so much to say. Let’s start with the pig that needs a safe space. He works on feelings and I guarantee if we pull a months worth of body cams he has violated a minimum of 30 peoples rights because of his “feelings”. Prove me wrong. He needs to lose his badge asap.
More like 99 percent of his interactions involved vilioting or pushing the line
Man that cop was constantly interrupting you. That is so frustrating to watch
Cops like this cop AS EVERYWHERE STANDS THERE WITH THERE HANDS IN THERE VEST WITH THERE CONDESCENDING IGNORANCE AND ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER THERE EGO IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING 🤮
Hey Josh that's the first time I've ever been disappointed with your actions.... If ever someone deserved the benefit of your harshest lessons and to be totally embarrassed by your superior intelligence & wit, it was that dirty self admitted feelings cop
I have to agree with this statement. Cops like this are very dangerous.
That building screams 80’s!
I wonder how many times he's detained someone for what he saw in their car. No privacy for their actions.
That's actually legal to do. It's called "PLAIN VIEW Doctrine".
"You're just gonna be completely OK with that?"
-- "Yeah, I am!" * "No, you're not!
WOWW, I'm so GLAD that cop's such a great "mind reader"! Nice work, coppie!
“Papa Bear mode” BAHAHAHAHA!!!! 🤣
I love the hypotheticals that they present thinking he will agree with them and not liking it when it dies not work.
First it was passive aggressiveness now the new term going to be hints of aggressiveness😂😂😂😂
