you won't be able to add carplay or android auto (Wired or Wireless) if the unit didn't have it previously. The system software won't allow for it. You'd have to replace the radio to add those features.

Not everybody have or do apple carplay, so what android auto version? Or a combination of the 2 for options

You will need the Crux ACP-WLX version if you want wireless Android Auto.
